  THHHHEEE WORSRT HILTON EVER !! if you can avoid it, avoid it !!!! This hotel is so outdated and raggedy. Antoinette who checked us in, was very pleasant, welcoming, and made the check-in very smooth, which I'm thankful for. Don't let the lobby before you the lobby is decent, carpet is up-to-date. From the time we got on the elevator, the elevator makes a loud clicking noise. As soon as you get off the elevators, the halls are very gloomy and dark. Old outdated carpet, the wall you can tell a very old. We walk up to our room. I'm pretty tall, so I noticed the top of the door had crack which if you tippy toe, you can kind of see into the room. The room smelled OK but soon as you walk him, you've noticed the furniture is very old. The rooms are decent size and lots of space. Plastic piece on the wall was hanging off, my kids kept saying that they felt like they were going to fall through the tub because it moves and squeaks badly. We needed to hang uniforms so we opened the closet door, which makes this excruciating squeaking noise. Carpets disgusting if you play close attention it's dark so you really can't see unless you really look. My son is 13 years old, he asked if he could sleep in the car because the hotel did not give him good vibes. (of course we did not let him) The kids on his team were referring to the hotel as the haunted house. It definitely gave those vibes, especially in the hallways. For what they are charging us this is not acceptable, the hotel across the way is nicer. This hotel came with breakfast, which I rather much just pay for then to stay here again. FYI they also charge five dollars for parking which really they don't even know if you're really parking there or not. You could park at Culver's and walk around for free. I get it you're supposed to pay to park at hotels, but this place should not be charging anything the way it looks.

  The answering service was very abrupt, wouldn't let me use my reward points and after going through the reviews they charge for parking which showed up on my emailed reservation and reviews say it really run down so I cancelled

  Probably one of the worst Hilton’s I have ever seen ever stayed at…..you get what you pay for….beds are horrible in my opinion…the room and hallway have a weird smell….the elevator was broken on are side of the hotel we had to walk all the way across the entire hotel every time….they charge some kind of parking recapture fee that they don’t showcase whatsoever of 5.12 a day….my credit card also has 3 different charges on it now all for what I wasn’t quoted…very dissatisfied as a Hilton honors member….

  Rooms are spacious. At least the 2 bdrm units. Check in was quick and the front desk is very friendly. Housekeeping should do a better job and the room furniture is beat up with handles falling off drawers. This room 101 needs maintenance
