  This is a solid HGI. The hotel is not perfect, but I think it is good value considering it is less expensive than other Hilton-branded hotels in the area. The covered patio with fireplace was a fantastic spot to sit in the evening. It is a bummer to pay for parking.

  Our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Phoenix/Avondale was seamless from start to finish. We were in town for a race weekend, and the location couldn't have been more convenient—just a short drive to the track and plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was spotless and surprisingly quiet given the hotel's proximity to the freeway. The Serta Suite Dreams bed lived up to the name; I haven't slept that well in a hotel in a long time. We had breakfast at the Garden Grille, and the omelets were fresh and made exactly to order. What really stood out, though, was the service. Every staff member we encountered, from the front desk to the housekeeping team, was genuinely friendly and helpful. If you’re looking for a reliable, high-quality stay in the West Valley, this is definitely the place.

  So I travel a lot for work. I stay at hiltons when I do and amber is definitely on top of anything anyone needs, Jodie at the bar gave the best food suggestions and drink suggestions. Tonight the cook Daniel crushed the pizza and wings definitely a 10/10

  During my visit on January 30, the receptionist on duty did not offer any greeting or acknowledgment when I arrived. The interaction felt unwelcoming. Front desk staff play an important role in creating a positive first impression, and I hope this can be improved in the future.

  Absolutely horrible even tho the other hotels in the area are a little more use your money wisely and pay the up charge I stayed at the resort during Martin Luther kings day weekend thinking that as a person of color I’d be treated with somewhat respect absolutely not the gender management “Bo” is absolutely rude and I wish I could post the racist call that I had with him regarding my stay but as a person of color you can absolutely be on the lookout for my TikTok review of the hotel fit with footage and the conversation with him so you can decide for yourself if you want to stay at this hotel I have numerous videos and picture of the room upon arrival and departure as well as the woman who cleaned it saying upon check out saying how clean the room was compared to other people who have dogs stay so the lies being told about my service animal and being threatened with police force as a black woman is disgusting “Bo” should be ashamed
