(We live in Avondale). But, I was doing my daily walk and stopped in today. The side door was locked, (access control). I entered the front door, and
asked the cook if I could use their bathroom., He said no, I couldn't because I wasn’t a guest at the time. To just use the bathroom? Come on guys.

This has been by far the worst experience I have had in a Hilton hotel. Upon arriving, the remote did not work. It was on one channel and honestly we were too tired and only staying for one night to really care. No real amenities included, as this place charges for breakfast and the waters in the room, usually free, were $3 each! Check out is at 11 and they mean 11! At 11:07 we have had someone knock on our door to let us know that check out was at 11 and a call from the front desk to ask if we were planning on extending our stay and remind us that check out is in fact at 11 am sharp! Will not stay at this Hilton again.

The room was typical and clean but they penny pinch on everything. It was a little insulting to see the notice on the water bottles in our room (which are normally included with the stay) that clearly stated that they will cost us $3.00 each since they’re free ONLY to the gold, diamond and silver members—seriously? And they have coffee in our room but no sugar, creamer or stirrers. I wonder if those cost extra also? No free continental breakfast—God forbid! And $5 parking fee!? Wow—it’s not the cheapest hotel and clearly not the best. Comfortable stay but will be looking for another hotel next time. Thankfully we were only here for one night anyway.
