May I advise the owners and managers, their responses are what really sadden me. First, almost every opportunity to gaslight and discredit paying customers is seen in print. What a sorry situation. Every opportunity you, as an establishment, has to make right by your customers is thwarted by denial and dismissal of every complaint in valuable reviews. These are opportunities to fix issues and keep your customers. Not only that but you lose customers that never stayed because of the responses and chances you have to be careful proprietors of this hotel. Shame on you. Thanks everyone that sent these reviews.

- JSJennifer ShipwashNov 15, 20251.0I booked a 2 day stay, Fri and Sat. Our plans changed , and I changed it on line to a Saturday only stay. I called the hotel direct line to confirm the change. They said they had me down for the Saturday night only. On Sat morning they called to see if I still wanted to stay on Saturday night since I missed Friday. I explained that I had changed my stay and confirmed it on their direct hotel line. She said she didn't show any changes, and didn't show I had called at all. She said I would be charged for Friday. I told her to cancel Saturday then. I was going to be there for a special family event. I would recommend you think twice before you book at this Best Western.

Vending machines dont take cards, bring snacks/drinks, Mickey D's nearby was yummy, friends said Handlebar Grill was excellent. Walmart a few blocks away. Helpful friendly staff.
