They said they had me down for the Saturday night only. On Sat morning they called to see if I still wanted to stay on Saturday night since I missed Friday. I explained that I had changed my stay and confirmed it on their direct hotel line. She said she didn't show any changes, and didn't show I had called at all. She said I would be charged for Friday. I told her to cancel Saturday then. I was going to be there for a special family event. I would recommend you think twice before you book at this Best Western.

Vending machines dont take cards, bring snacks/drinks, Mickey D's nearby was yummy, friends said Handlebar Grill was excellent. Walmart a few blocks away. Helpful friendly staff.

I wish I remembered her name, she was working all of the weekend. The complimentary breakfast wasn’t a huge selection but there were still some good options. The cherry on top… I was in a rush to check out and left a couple clothing items in one of the drawers. The housekeeper made sure to save them for me and I was able to pick them up after I checked out… like a day later. Overall great experience.

Had to climb two flights of stairs to reach our room on the second floor in what seemed like a fire exit. Very inconvenient to haul luggage to and from room! If there's no first floor rooms available be aware this is what you'll deal with.
