Easy access from Hwy. Very clean & friendly. Close to many eating choices. Watched a gorgeous sunset from my 4th floor window. One of the best HI's I've stayed in.

This hotel was great. I would recommend bringing your own adult beverages tho, the ones sold in the pantry are pricey, definitely no happy hour! Expect to pay a penny if you want to smash an 18 pack. The complimentary cookies are on point. But no complimentary milk to wash it down. The breakfast was good. Biscuits and gravey are the winner here. Steer clear of the otisspunkmeyer muffins, too dry for my taste. Maybe an old batch. The pankcake machine takes forever to spit out silver dollar size cakes. I would stay again, but bring my own beer, milk and muffins.

Stayed here with my family and purchased two hotels rooms. My 81 year old mother and 7 year old son were unfortunately not the only guests in the room there was a terrible roach problem. I was told that a manager would give me a call and that was 5 days ago and still no call. I would never recommend staying here and wouldn't stay here again even if it was free. The manager on staff couldn't help but also gave the most underhanded apology possible letting us know that their hotel didn't have roaches but an attendant in fact verified how there were roaches but also the room was filthy. Feel free to give me a call like you promised.

Pool is always closed. Policies are unclear and change depending on who’s at the front desk. Morning lady is very rude and strict. Everyone else is way more easy going. You’re not allowed to have a guest come into the lobby and speak with you. Well you are, it just depends on what kind of day they’re having and who’s at the front desk whether they’re going to enforce it or not. And if you complain they will kick you out just for complaining. Honestly, they were so back and forth on it that I still have no idea what the policy is.
I’m working on a job in the area and had a contractor come meet me after breakfast over in the lobby (which was completely empty). No issue the first week. The next time we came back, it was a big hassle and they made us move to the meeting room. We paid the $50 fee with a supposed $25 you’re supposed to get back. Ended up being almost $100 and I never got anything back.
I recommend the holiday inn in pine bluff. It’s not as new of a hotel but it’s cheaper and the front desk staff is much nicer.
