However, my stay at the Holiday Inn Express in White Hall completely reshaped my perception. The hotel felt safe and comfortable throughout my visit. It’s been recently updated, which gave everything a fresh and modern feel. I especially appreciated how convenient it was—easy access from the interstate and plenty of nearby food options made my stay stress-free. There is some road construction near the entrance, but it looks like they’re widening the road to improve traffic flow, which will be a great improvement for future visitors. Thank you, Holiday Inn Express White Hall, for a smooth and enjoyable stay. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in the area.

She told me they don’t do any early check in today, because it was Sunday. So I said excuse me, then she said because the hotel was full. So she call back and told me she had a room on the fourth floor because it’s quieter up there and I can check at 1:30. I got a room on the second floor, the air conditioner was so loud in the room. I don’t know what the problem was, I was given the run around. The hotel was not busy at all.

The hot breakfast in the morning was very good, and the double queen suite was perfect for our family of five (honestly could have slept 8- 2-queens, 1 double pull out sofa and 2 single bunk beds) The room included a mini fridge, microwave, K-cup coffee maker, iron, and safe. Everything was very fresh and clean, including the beds. A few minor things: the toilet paper holder was a little odd but worked fine, and the toilet paper itself was a bit cheap for the price of the upgraded room. The floor wasn’t the quietest—we could hear doors all night, not sure if it was poor soundproofing or just being near the stairs. Pillows were okay but flattened out quickly, so if you’re picky, you may want to bring your own. The fire alarms by the elevators on floors 1 and 2 kept chirping as well. Overall though, the suite was fabulous, the parking felt very safe, and we’d definitely stay here again! Also Jalen? The night clerk was very friendly and fabulous at helping check in and get oriented to the hotel.
