We spent one Thursday night at this location last week and it was excellent. We were greeted warmly by Shawna and the lobby was amazing. Great 24/7 snack options, pool table and clean spaces. Room was small but clean and adequate. I don't sleep well in hotels and got a great nights sleep here. Breakfast was pretty good and again, Shawna and team were just lovely and fun to be around.
Great value and experience overall.

BEWARE This Hilton places a pre authorization amount twice on your credit card. And the 2nd pre authorization is not removed for several days after you have checked out. Further more the supposed manager on Sunday at 1 pm is RUDE on the phone.
I’ll never stay at this TRU again.

I was disappointed with my stay and, as someone who frequently stays in hotels for work, I can confidently say I would not return to this one. A stable Wi-Fi connection is essential for my job, and unfortunately the Wi-Fi here was extremely unreliable. I spoke with the front desk about the issue and was told that this is a common, ongoing problem due to the building’s service limitations. That is unacceptable for a hotel, especially for business travelers. To make matters worse, I also had very poor cell service inside the hotel, so even using my mobile hotspot was not an option. I had to leave the hotel and work from a diner in the area just to get a connection. If you rely on Wi-Fi or need to work remotely during your stay, I would strongly recommend choosing a different hotel.

Room was very clean and neat. Bed was comfortable. We checked in and front desk crew was very friendly both at check in and at check out. Breakfast was good and food was kept hot and clean. We stayed at a few hotels between Indiana and Texas and this one by far was the best with the friendliest staff! Love the little whiteboards by the elevators that shows things to go do close by and restaurants good to eat at. We stay at hotels everywhere and always ask the locals for a good place to eat at. Sometimes they don't really know. This was a great idea and very central for every guest to see getting off and on the elevator! Also loved the little reading nooks in the lobby. Loved it!
