- JWJiaqi WangJan 25, 20261.0This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Late at night, a woman opened my hotel room door without knocking and then closed it. It was terrifying and made us feel completely unsafe. After that, someone was smoking right outside, and all the smoke came straight into our room. The next morning it snowed, and the driveway was completely covered in snow and extremely slippery. The hotel had a shovel but didn’t use it, my grandmother had to shovel the driveway herself, thanks to her the driveway was clear. When we first arrived, the body wash was completely empty. In the gym, the water was yellow, and when I told the front desk, they did nothing and simply told me to use other water instead of fixing the problem. Between the safety issues, poor maintenance, and lack of care from staff, this hotel was unacceptable.

The late check-in was seamless, rooms are pristine with comfortable beds.Soundproofing is just enough ensuring quiet despite being near the highway. The breakfast buffet is extensive, and the parking/EV charging is a huge plus. Just go for it!
