    We had to stay here as we couldn't get early check-in at LaQuinta. The person at the front desk (Valentino) when we checked-in at 4:30 AM was super friendly! He automatically gave us late check-out at 1 PM as we had come in so late in the morning. When I was feeding my daughter breakfast in the morning, the staff was super friendly & engaging with her. The breakfast was good - unfortunately no waffles but fresh fruit, cereal, bagels, toast, eggs, etc. When I asked the lady at the front desk about recommendations on where we can find Arkansas magnets, she was very helpful! Overall, great staff & totally made our few hour stay worth it. Wish we had booked our full stay here instead of LaQuinta. Lesson learned, I guess!

    This property is extremely well managed and maintained. The staff is friendly, courteous and go above and beyond for their guests the room was impeccable. I couldn't find anything wrong if I tried. I will highly recommend this hotel to other Travelers like myself. I was treated as if I was in a five-star Resort. Im very impressed and I don't impress easily. I would like to say thank you to all the staff on December 12th through the 14th y'all killed it. great job. thank you

    A little tricky to find, yet worth it. The property just opened in Feb 2026. It is a combo with the Candlewood Suites. The lobby furnishings are nice and spacious with several seating areas. This morning at breakfast they had three TVs with Disney, NBC, and a local station playing. The breakfast of scrambled eggs, turkey sausage and potatoes was well-prepared. They have a nice selection of yogurts, cereals, bakery treats and beverages. They also have oatmeal each morning. We like the simplicity and coziness of the smaller room size since we only have an overnight stay. This location also had a nice pool/grill area and fitness center. It is close to restaurants and gas stations. Would stay again when passing through.

    Horrible Experience at the jointed Candlewood/Avid Hotel – Bugs Everywhere and No Real Resolution I am beyond disappointed with my stay at this hotel. I booked two rooms for two nights (a total of four nights for my team), and the room we were placed in was full of bugs both dead and alive. I took photos and videos and even showed the owner directly. I had to clean up piles of dead bugs myself using Clorox wipes, and I even handed him the wipes so he could see how bad it was. When I brought it to his attention, he admitted this was an issue they’ve been having and said he thought it had been resolved. He apologized and said he would come clean it, but I had already cleaned up most of it myself just to be able to move around the room. I asked to be moved to another room, and he told me there were no rooms available that night. When I asked if we could move the next day, he said yes ,but refused to issue a refund for the night we had to stay in those conditions. The only thing he offered me was 500 IHG points, which is honestly insulting considering I spent around $800 on these rooms. The entire night I couldn’t sleep , I kept itching, uncomfortable, and just grossed out. To make things worse, there was a big convention in Memphis that weekend, so there were no other hotel options nearby. We had already driven nearly 40 minutes out of our way to stay here, and we were stuck. As a business owner myself, I understand that things happen, but when you know an issue exists and still place paying guests in those rooms, that’s unacceptable. The right thing would have been to refund me or at least make a sincere effort to fix the situation. I’ve attached photos and videos for proof. This was not a small issue , it was a full infestation. I truly hope management takes this seriously and addresses it for future guests.
