  Nice hotel, very clean, bed are very comfortable, did not get very hot water, it was okay but not very hot.

  Overall, would not recommend.The management does not offer very good customer service and is a major pain to interact with. Not to mention, when I checked out, I was charged $66 more than the amount I booked my room for, and to top it off, the room I was given was a queen when I had booked a king.

  Love how they have complimentary laundry here The people there are extremely nice and the rooms are extremely clean

  Friendly, polite and professional staff. Rooms were clean, spacious and comfy. Breakfast was delicious, hot and free. Hotel was well lit and quiet. Lots of great free amenities. Staff was always readily available and professional. Free coffee was delicious. Highly recommended.

  This place is getting one star because of my inability to sleep and how dirty this room was when I arrived. If you can clearly see the grime and the dirt on the mirrors, what else did they not clean properly? The grime and smudges all over the two mirrors in the room are in your face, either the cleaning staff does not care or they are blind and don’t have working hands. You can see in the video as well zero soft closure on the doors. It seems like it’s a slow soft closure at first, and then right before it hits the end it slams shut, because of the heaviness of the door it’s extra heavy and slams louder than I’ve ever heard a door slammed before. So don’t count on getting any sleep at all if you want to stay here Food choices in the area are crap, crap and more fast food crap This was the shortest day I’ve ever had at a hotel arrived at 10 PM. Left at 6 AM and zero sleep. Any material surface like on the benches or the chair had stains on it, I know people have a lot of sex in these hotel rooms but the hotel rooms could use a good steaming, I don’t need anyone’s sex juice on the furniture. I’m putting my things on. Evidence stains, and spots like that should be cleaned, but obviously from the grime on all of the mirrors, I wouldn’t expect them to go a step further and clean the chairs. I would say avoid this hotel but I’m pretty sure all the other ones in the area are just as crummy. Best bet is to keep driving to a different town. Funny, I’m noticing further down in this review when you can make selections of how you would describe the hotel the only things that you can select on there are positive, luxury, quiet, those selections aren’t not descriptive of this hotel in any way shape or form. Certainly not quiet. But listen to the video and see how loud that slam is you can decide for yourself. And picture yourself listening to that every time somebody opens the door, good luck and I pray for your sleep if you choose to sleep here.
