We are conveniently located off I 30 at Exit 1, between North State Line Avenue and Jefferson Avenue. Our hotel is attached to the Arkansas Convention Center, with over 25,000 sq. ft. of event space.
We are conveniently situated minutes from many businesses and corporations, including St. Michael’s hospital, Alcoa-Arconic Plant, Cooper Tire, Domtar, International Paper, Christus St. Michael Health System, Wadley Regional Medical Center, and Red River Army Depot RRAD.

We have many Sports Complexes within a few miles from our hotel such as Sporting Arkansas, and Texas High Stadiums. The room was musty and smelled like cheap air freshener. The floors are not even and very slanted which is weird and off putting. You can tell they tried to do a renovation on it but it was not great. The doors in the room to the bathroom and closet looked like metal gymnasium doors, the shower was gross and looked like they updated just the sink in the bathroom and tried to make the rest look good but it needed a deep clean or a renovation. Not to mention the location is not a great area at all. So I’m not sure what the other great reviews are about, but this was not it.
