Welcome to the Holiday Inn Texarkana Arkansas Convention Center, located just feet from the Holiday Springs Waterpark. We are conveniently located off I 30 at Exit 1, between North State Line Avenue and Jefferson Avenue. Our hotel is attached to the Arkansas Convention Center, with over 25,000 sq. ft. of event space.
We are conveniently situated minutes from many businesses and corporations, including St. Michael’s hospital, Alcoa-Arconic Plant, Cooper Tire, Domtar, International Paper, Christus St. Michael Health System, Wadley Regional Medical Center, and Red River Army Depot RRAD.
We are just a 10-minute drive from UACCH Texarkana, Texas A M and Texarkana College. We have many Sports Complexes within a few miles from our hotel such as Sporting Arkansas, and Texas High Stadiums. Then the next morning when I went down for breakfast, I met Linda and Donna, the cooks. They were amazing — super friendly and welcoming. They made their rounds talking to everyone, and it really made the morning feel great. Outstanding service all around.
- MVMark V.Nov 11, 20251.0Tried to book a room as I've done frequently over the last 2 years to be met with a pretentious apparently untrained individual who's on her third week and either doesnt know how to do her job or is not allowed to. States she is unable to book any rooms over the phone additionally, she can't even tell you if there's rooms available but "you can come in and reserve". OK so the solution is bring a 97ft vehicle to a location and hope you didnt just get screwed. She couldn't give a care less in any form and should not be interacting with the public with her current level of ability. Corporate lodging contacts front desk and confirms that her statement to book is a lie but yet the unprofessionallism and rude attitude continued to the CLC representative, report filed. Absolutely horrible experience to a location I've frequented. Attempt to check in and am told "Breakfast is not for Corporate accounts" in the same rude demenure. Tori or Toni whatever it is a shame to this establishment and serverly needs trained or retrained on the premise of hospitality management and customer service. If I wasent limited via DOT hourly regulation on travel allotment I would not of stayed in this location.

It took multiple attempts just to get someone’s attention to place an order. For a hotel dining experience, I expected more attentiveness and basic hospitality. The food itself was fine, but the lack of service made the visit less enjoyable.

The breakfast, thanks to Lynda, Margie, and that tremendous cook- Carol, outdid themselves! They have excellent customer service. They spoil all of their customers here at the Holiday Inn! It really makes you not only want to come back, but it has you coming back time after time!!
