  How do I start . In truth I'd give negative for service. Receptionist could have been friendlier. Beds were worn in . Awkward smell in the room . All accomodations were closed but still charged full price . You could here people walking above. Breakfast beware, check dates on milk ( many were expired ) eggs tasted weird. No half &half ( but the bacon was excellent) checkout : clerk didn't say good morning, didn't ask how our stay was . Did not talk with us .just reached his hand out for our keys and wouldn't even look us in the face . The clerk definitely did not want to be there . We were disappointed

  I stayed at this hotel from January 24–26 while traveling with my brother, and in over 20 years of traveling, I have never experienced anything like this. As soon as we approached the elevator, we were hit with a strong smell of marijuana. I asked my brother if this was a non-smoking hotel, and he confirmed that it was—yet the odor was overwhelming. When we reached the third floor, there were teenagers loudly horseplaying in the hallway for most of the night. They were clearly smoking marijuana and going back and forth between rooms and the elevators repeatedly. The next day, I initially assumed it had been a party, but I was shocked to see that their parents were present and seemingly allowing this behavior in a non-smoking hotel. Throughout our stay, the marijuana smell persisted. I noticed one of the adults—who appeared to be an employee—wearing a uniform. Each time she exited the room, a cloud of smoke followed her, and she smelled strongly of marijuana. Her name tag read Ashley. When I mentioned the smoke smell to her, she laughed it off and joked about it, which was extremely unprofessional. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The lack of enforcement of non-smoking policies, excessive noise, and unprofessional behavior made our stay uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and I will not be back.
