- SSsc36418Jan 5, 20261.0NOPE! I would never recommend. Came in and within 5 minutes noticed that the toilet had poop smeared in it. There was another childs toy sitting on the lamp at desk. Fried pieces of food in the corner by the desk. Carpets were gross! White stains on bedskirts. AC unit also needed cleaned. When we lifted the mattress it was completely stained and so badly soiled. Not to mention BED BUGS! Walls needed wiped down due to brown spots (which can be evidence of bed bug activity). We immediately packed back up and spoke to the gentleman at front desk. He smirked and gave a chuckle asking if the bed bugs were alive. As if that even matters. The place is disgusting and we felt so uncomfortable with our kids being there. We did get a refund in the end but caution against this place!
- LBLee BurtonDec 30, 20252.0The hotel was very clean. Breakfast was “ok” hot but not flavorful. The room was nice n clean BUT the bed was by far the worst bed I’ve ever slept in. The mattress was HARD!!! Not firm it was HARD!!! Woke up hurting everywhere. Felt like I was sleeping on a stone table.
- SSsocratesjonsonDec 27, 20253.0Solid 3 star. Good location. Clean. Good breakfast. Beds aren’t comfortable, especially the sofa bed. Main beds had to sleep on the edge to keep from rolling in the hole, if you know what I mean. But, for a one night stopover, this hotel will do the job.
- JJJacobDec 15, 20253.0I stayed at this hotel for the weekend while visiting texarkana. Overall, the hotel is nice, and they have good breakfast. However, the hotel room itself was not the best. The bed was comfortable but the AC unit add some lag and the water pressure was very minimal.
- KMKimberly MethvinDec 14, 20251.0I was looking forward to the king size bed unfortunately it was the most uncomfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on. The pillows were all mismatched and lumpy. The sheets were like sandpaper. The one pillow that had a soft enough pillowcase had a rip in it. I tried to wipe everything down when I come into a hotel room, but for some reason, I lifted the cushion on the chair. Not sure if those are remains of bugs or bread crusts. Disgusting. Not sure what’s going on with the ceiling. It looks like it could cave in at any minute. Killed a roach that crawled across the nightstand. I tried to call the front desk at 3:30 this morning because someone in the parking lot, probably someone coming in for work? Was playing their music for an hour. Maybe they were on their lunch break. Anyway, the front desk never answered. I always check reviews and I’m not sure why this hotel was ranked so high. It should not the man who worked the front desk when I checked in was very nice and that’s about it. Even the breakfast it’s just all thrown into one container, so it just sits there and absorbs all the heat and moisture and becomes mushy. Stay somewhere else.
