  Well first off the 1st room they gave me was dirty the room hadn’t been made, so I went back downstairs to front desk the lady gave me another room. So I went up to it and it didn’t have any towels in the bathroom. I didn’t realize it till the next morning when I was trying to take a shower. So once again I had to go back to front desk to get towels. I couldn’t hardly get the front desk clerk to get off her computer long enough to get me some towels, she wanted me to wait till house keeping got there. This use to be such a nice well maintained hotel it’s ashamed what it turned into.

  Easy access to coffee, donuts, and Popeye's. Breakfast was good, especially with the pancake machine

  Upon arrival (in our room) I noticed a sign in the bathroom that said for guest convenience rooms will be clean every other day. Our room was never clean we were there for Thurs to Sun. On Sat when we thought the room would be cleaned it wasn't and I asked for it to be cleaned while we were out. We arrived back to the room that night it was not cleaned but I noticed there were new wash towels and dry towels in the room. For what they charge per night it is absolutely absurd that the rooms are not cleaned according to Hilton every other day policy. When I tried to express my concerns upon check out, the staff was very dismissive and flat out told me she was too busy to hear us out. She gave us the managers business card. I called Ms. Lakita the next day, she was very professional and polite. She listened to my concerns and expressed her apologies. Being that this is the only decent hotel in the area I have no choice but to stay there again I just hope our next stay we actually get our room cleaned every other day. 😔

  My wife and I stay at the Hilton Inn in stuttgart, Ar. It was ok for Stuttgart, the rooms were too small and the beds was too large, as for the Continental breakfast we were disappointed we expect a hot breakfast and all we were told was that it was fruit cereal, and coffee, but not much more than that so we went to McDonald’s across the street to eat breakfast. The beds was comfortable, The hotel was clean in the dining room was nice a pool table a gym, but if wanted ice you had to go down on first floor, which was inconvenient, especially for those who are handicap.—— I would like to thank you for your kindness, I am sorry for not recognizing your Staff, however, they were so very nice to us. It just the breakfast ice machine was now on first floor was inconvenient. Besides that we could hear people talking next to us. Thank you sir again for your kindness. It’s been a pleasure of talking with you.
