  The ambiance was very welcoming, the staff was amazing, polite, friendly, and accommodating for our needs. The food was really good hot and fresh great selections. They had a lot to offer as in pool workout areas. It was very clean if there was an issue they jumped rite on it to take care of the issue. Lastly my wife and I have found our new home away from home and we will be recommending it all of our friends and family.

  Pool area was well kept (saw maintenance man picking up trash from kids whose parents weren't paying attn - hate to see it) but hot tub was kind of nasty and water levels were low/cool. Finally started filling up and warming up after being in there 10-15mins. Room was clean, shower area clean, toilet was running and wouldnt flush at first but eventually started working. Decent channel options, well kept lobby. Id book again!

  Huge shoutout to Amber in the bar/grill who ensured we had the deals promised to us and went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of! I really appreciated her during our dinner. I was quite disappointed with our room as the AC didn’t work properly (which I was told at checkout was basically a flip that didn’t get switched, sure would have been nice to have that checked when we got there since it was easily 75 degrees in our room) and the breakfast was just okay. No pancakes or waffles was a letdown for my little one. Overall, I didn’t find it worth the cost.

  Great space for the age it is, very clean, the only downer was coffee service in the room, the packets of sugar and powdered creamer are way outdated. The TV’s are a bit outdated as well. I couldn’t grt Netflix to work. Front desk was gunna send engineer and thats a bit extreme. The breakfast buffet is great except the warmers were fine for everything except the french toast, it was cold and probably would be better if the bread was soaked a bit longer, was more like toast that French toast, oh, and the butter needs to sit out, to cold. Butter can sit out without refrigeration. Ok I’m done.

  Mid October 2025 was my very first visit w/ this newer longer layovers here in XNA. Around mid March 2026 my flt. crew and I arrived in the late evening and stayed here for a minimum 11hr rest (aviation standard) but definitely not enough time to function as the rest starts soon as you park at the airport gate in the city and state scheduled to work. The original rest time before the back to back delays was originally over 14.5 hrz. All-in-all this hotel is a much nicer hotel then our recent when staying here for a layover. From the moment you walk into the lobby then head to your rooms... The rooms are very spacious, clean, and well thought out for a comfortable stay. The beds, comforters and large pillows feel like laying on marshmallow clouds. Definitely recommend stopping by and have your own experience to share.
