  I love this place and make it a point to stay there anytime I am in northwest Arkansas. I would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to that area. They have friendly and excellent management and staff. Great breakfast and huge area to spend any free time you may have.

  It’s a beautiful hotel and the service we received was great! The services offered (room, pool, exercise room, etc) were clean and we enjoyed our stay. When I checked out and asked for a receipt, they couldn’t give me one because they said I booked through Priceline. When booking, I looked up the hotel on Google, went to what I thought was the hotels website and found the phone number. I asked if I was speaking to the actual hotel in Springdale and they said YES. It was a 479 area code, so I believed it. I booked and requested a room by the elevator because of my husbands back and leg problems. When I checked in, they said they didn’t get the request for a room by the elevator. I was sort of disappointed about it, thinking the person I booked through didn’t put my request in the computer. It turns out that Priceline lied to me, I was never talking directly with the hotel and they didn’t send over my request. Beware of Priceline! They are very deceitful!!!

  When I arrived to my room the headboard had head grease on it from someone leaning their head against it. Despite the thermostat being set at 60 in an attempt to cool it down. The room remained 75 degrees. I called the front desk to have someone come look at it in the middle of the night and ended up getting AI. Then AI said maintenance will not be on duty until the following morning. Then AI transfered me to the front desk where the phone just rang with no answer. So I went down there and there was nobody either. So I slept or tried to sleep in my hot room. The next morning I get a text asking mr to rate my stay and if I enjoyed my stay. I sent all this back to them and got some auto response about Great! I went downstairs and the lady at the front desk gave zero care about any of it. Other than all that the room was nice. Lobby was nice.

  NOT a family friend hotel, especially for young kids. I went downstairs with my kids to inquire about the breakfast vouchers. I had them stay in the large open lobby area as I spoke with the front desk. In the middle of our conversation, the worker stopped me and inquired if that was kid; I wasn’t sure what he was talking about as my kids were playing with other kids. I said, yes as I did have kids. He said well we have flight crews staying here and the noise travels up. I replied, so are you saying you want me to stop this conversation to walk over there to quiet them. And he informed me I needed to. He also informed me I need to take my kids outside.

  Josh checked us in and he was quick, helpful, and professional. The hotel is very clean. The pool was a little cold but it is February so we spent more time in the “whirlpool” aka hot tub. The pool is open until midnight so that was awesome for our kids. The elevator is glass on one side and my boys loved that. I enjoyed the bar but the bartender speed reminded me of the Sloth on Zootopia- iykyk! Drinks were good though so I can’t complain! We had DoorDash from Jim’s Razorback Pizza and it was SO good! Our room was a king one bedroom with the sofa bed pullout and it was very spacious. The jacuzzi bathtub was my favorite part! We ordered fries and fruit for our boys from the restaurant and their breakfast was 🔥! This hotel was close to everything we needed and if we ever go back, we will for sure stay again. I got several texts from Emily just checking in and I appreciate their consideration of our trip! I am a mom of 3 boys and we drive from Jonesboro so having a good hotel was a must!
