While there were a few issues with the key card's functionality, specifically a dead battery in the actual mechanism, which necessitated a wait for an engineer, this is not a complaint. Although it was somewhat frustrating after a long and tiring day when we simply wished to access our room and unwind, the engineer responded very promptly as they were on-site. My only minor critique is that the beds might be slightly too firm, but that is a negligible point. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, and the staff, whether at the front desk, or during breakfast, were incredibly kind and welcoming.

The staff were extremely attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. They made me feel welcome from check-in to check-out. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel
