Being a pet owner myself, I didn’t say anything as I was glad to be near the elevator. Breakfast was good Not as many choices as some hotels but nice environment to eat it in. Did not utilize the pool, bar or room service. Did have laundry on the floor where I stayed.

From the desk to the engineer that came to fix my air conditioning, and did so quickly, and then took the time to connect my phone to the google cast. I didn’t ask him, he just saw that I was watching it on my phone and took it upon himself to make sure I could watch it on tv. That is the difference in this hotel. They care fully about their guests.
- DGDon GreenfieldNov 3, 20255.0This is a great hotel along interstate 49, convenient to Springdale & Fayetteville in Arkansas. I’ve stayed here a couple of times. I love the building and the staff. Andrew really helped me the first time especially, but every time I see him he’s helping me out. In general, the front desk folks have all been wonderful. Shoutout to Andrew and Emily especially. The breakfast buffet has been consistently good with efficient and good natured staff. The core of the building is reminiscent of the Contemporary Hotel at Disney. All that’s missing is the Monorail. I’m glad this place is here for my NW Arkansas visits. Thank you all!!

The service was excellent and the location was convenient to everything on our agenda. We decided to extend our stay an additional night. When I encountered problems adding the additional day through IGH reservations the front desk manager Josh was able to assist us with the additional nights stay. We will be back at some point because of the great service and cleanliness of the property.
