When I arrived I specifically asked the man at the desk to keep a key for my mother, who would arrive a few hours after I'd gone to sleep. He said she only need my last name and room number. But when she arrived at 3 am, it was a woman named Heather who refused to give her a key or even offer her a room! So my mom spent the night in her car. (Like I said, I was asleep so I couldn't let her in, and the guy said he could give her a key so my phone was on vibrate)... so yeah MY stay was fine but my mother spent the night awake in her car in some gas station parking lot. And apparently Heather was rude to her, making it all worse. I'm really disappointed and probably won't stay here again knowing a late arrival guest will be stranded outside. I paid for us to both sleep here. Waste of money.
