So I was told at the desk the are doing some remodels which is funny because theyve been remodeling every since 2019 according to other reviews. Kind expensive for 1 single night $200. Back on the topic of rooms, we had to get a 2nd room because of filth in the 1st one and according to the front desk they were booked up for the whole weekend so options were limited. The beds are super comfortable but if you get a room on the front side of the hotel you wont sleep because of traffic and people moving all hours of the night. Light fixtures were in weird places and Vacuuming the halls doesnt clean the room. You would think that'd be obvious. Closet was dirty had a toenail, found a rat bait trap with droppings all over it.

Called the day after I left because I left 4 jackets hung in the closet and there was NO EFFORT for them to be returned. They replied that "nothing was turned in" and that was that. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
