I went on a spontaneous trip across a few states and kept it to free rest areas and budget hotels. The night before I had stayed at a motel 6 in Texas and I didn’t know how bad it could get lol. I ended up leaving around 3am to park at a rest stop instead. The next night I stayed at this Best Western. For $20 dollars more…night and day difference in my experience. The front desk lady was very helpful and willing to work with me to get my room. The room was spacious, good bed, great mirror with built in lights, mini fridge, microwave, and a tv about 3 times the size of my last hotel. The free breakfast is a legitimate breakfast with eggs, eggs with peppers and onion, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal. The works! Highly recommend this hotel. For the price, I doubt you’ll find a better deal.

- MDMichelle DNov 3, 20251.0Made a weekend reservation. Checked in Friday, the room was clean. But, the smell of the air freshener was 10x worse than a dept store men’s cologne counter. I opened the door and window hoping it would draw the smell out. I asked another ores on if their room smelled similar-it was a yes. I had to be somewhere, so I got ready, hoping when I got back maybe it would be less. But, no. I talked to the front desk person once I got back-she said nothing she could do, and said to talk to the mgr at midnight. 🤷🏻♀️ I couldn’t sleep, could taste this in my mouth and the smell was just as strong. I checked out early, finding a room somewhere else, spoke with the nice weekend person. She said she apologized for this and said she would refund the night, even tho it was non refundable. Unexpected but much appreciate. I have yet to receive a refund or a call back from Neil, the mgr about the room condition or the refund. I have stayed in the past with no issues, but will not stay again. My advice is of there is nothing in Russellville-keep driving onto the next city. I won’t be staying here again, and neither should you.
