Our first impression in going into the elevator was it was old and not very clean. When we got to our room, sadly. . . It was definitely not as pictured in the website. I think we fell for the old bait and switch The room while seeming clean, had stained up comforts, chairs and a leaking bathtub that ran all night long, and had a musty smell.

There were just a couple of things maybe that were fixed would make it a little better. Handle on sink was loose. Only two large towels in bathroom but had two queen beds. Need a couple of more towels. Overall it was ok and I would stay there again. The breakfast was good. Lots of variety and food quality was good

Front desk awesome and it’s not her fault. Place sold out. It’s not the best price at 100$ too. Just recently started using BW so totally disappointed. How does the health department allow this It did not just happen Room 103 Had to find another hotel Was told I’ll see credit back to my account
