Nice hotel. Hated pool closed at 10. We didn't get to utilize that because we arrived late and had to leave early. Probably should check hours next time I book. Service was great! Very friendly staff.

This hotel has the usual Hilton opulence and luxury with 2 unique twists. First, by selecting a room sans breakfast, the rate was $20 less expensive. Second, the hotel charged $10 to park in their empty lot. I understand parking fees for downtown hotels where space is at a premium but this location is not in the most (ahem) stellar part of town.

Great central location to shops and easy access to main highway. We were pleasantly greeted on arrival and our room was spacious and clean. Note that parking amd the breakfast are extra costs.

This was basic, at best. Especially for the price. 10$ for parking in their giant Empty parking lot seemed ridiculous. The separate fee for breakfast is also outrageous when typically you can find hotels of the same caliber offering it for free, when we got to our room there was a previous guests Chinese food in the fridge. We came for the pool , we asked what the hours were for the pool but no one mentioned at all that pool towels would obtained at front desk so we used room towels. We came back to the room and the hair conditioner was completely out. I addressed this with front desk and no hair conditioner refill ever came. Toilet paper was almost completely depleted in the bathroom upon arrival. And to make things better the people in the room above us were playing what had to be leap frog all night til 3am and we tried to call the front desk to complain as I had 2 small children with me trying to sleep , and no one answered. If I took the sweet time to type this out at 7am then just know, it wasn’t the best stay FOR THE PRICE . At all.

Predatory business practices include obscured pricing. This Hilton charges a $75 dollar “refundable” deposit, but $10 of that is not refundable “for parking”. An honest business wouldn’t jump through hoops to charge $10 dollars to park in a completely empty parking lot; which should not be considered an extra service as parking at a hotel is obviously expected.
