The buttons that raise and lower the temperature on the thermostat in my room were a bit loose and unresponsive, like ma6be a previous guest jammed on them a little too hard. And the Wifi speeds were a little slower than what I'd been used to at other Best Western hotels. But overall, a good experience.

i hadda good night stay! they allow pets which is amazing! the morning people were very friendly for it being the morning lol, Olivia was the front desk n she was very inviting! her n Maria, workin breakfast, made me feel like i was part of the family! i will definitely comeback just for them!!

We got pi room! 314. Everything was good except the hot water on the bathroom faucet doesn't become hot or warm, someone should fix that. Breakfast wasn't the best for a bw plus, where are the potatoes? They do have a $8k touch screen coffee/espresso machine though. Also someone should replace the batteries on the first door/entrance to the pool area it keeps blinking red and green. No one was at the front desk, had to call the main number to ask about how to get to the pool when the card reader was broken. The second entrance which we didn't realize was farther down the hall works though.

This was my first time staying at the JFK Inn, and I was genuinely impressed from the moment I walked in. I’ve traveled for business for more than 40 years, and it’s rare to find this level of quality and value. The lobby and hallways were spotless with a fresh, modern look. My room was impeccable—clean, tastefully decorated, and naturally fresh with a light pine scent that didn’t feel artificial. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, the lighting was warm and inviting, and the towels were thick and clean. Everything worked perfectly, and I didn’t notice a single worn or damaged item.
At check-out, I asked the front desk if the hotel had been recently renovated. The clerk told me a renovation took place in 2022, but the leadership continues to invest in regular upkeep and amenities. As a guest, I found that inspiring. It’s clear they’re building a brand one guest at a time, one room at a time, and one day at a time. The staff was friendly and professional throughout my stay. I will definitely return.
