  Perfect place for going to a concert at Simmons Bank Arena. Staff is very nice, especially Tracy 👌

  DO NOT STAY HERE. If I could give this a -1/5, I would. I checked out a day early and drove 5 hours home at night just so I didn’t have to deal with this another night. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. At night, the parking lot turned into a biker gang party of at least 30 with lawn chairs, very loud profane music, smoking weed, revving motorcycle engines, and all kinds of foolishness. This went on the second night of my stay at a smaller scale, but I could tell the third night was going to be unbearable. On the second night, I was woken up multiple times to loud music and motorcycles at all hours of the night coming from the PARKING LOT. I called the front desk multiple times to complain and nothing was done about it. I can’t believe there isn’t a better standard at a Best Western location. No serious place of business would allow a party to happen in their parking lot like this, disrupting the peace of its paying customers. Any serious manager would be ashamed.

  If I could give this a 0, I would. Horrible decision to stay here despite seeing good reviews. Biker gang rolled up from Friday to Saturday night, revving engines/blasting music/smoking weed in the parking lot. They woke me up MULTIPLE times. When calling the front desk several times, nothing was done about it. Left a night early and drove home 5 hours to get away from that forsaken place. Was then cat called/had derogatory comments made at me in the parking lot for just trying to get out of that place. Never, ever stay there. The manager, Kendall (I hope she sees this), was a joke. She should have made these people leave. Instead, she lost a paying customer and is receiving this bad review. This place shouldn’t even be allowed to be called a hotel. What a sorry excuse of a hotel. UPDATED TO RESPOND TO COMMENT: This was not a “more people in town” situation. It was deliberate party in the parking lot. Your comment is proof that you are not a serious manager. This was 110% preventable. You allowed this to happen. And it wasn’t that I “felt” like my complaints weren’t being handled. It’s the fact that they WERE NOT. When I call at 2am and tell you these people need to leave and you say “okay” that is NOT a solution to the foolishness outside. People don’t bring lawn chairs and speakers to the parking lot if it’s just “an event in town.” You were putting children staying here in harms way with all the weed and profanity. Best Western has been contacted and manager name has been given to review/investigate. No excuses for preventable behavior and bad management.
