Room 104 • 45” TV includes many HBO, Max, and Cinemax channels • Breakfast options were plentiful. • No towel racks or any kind of hangar on bathroom walls. • Upon arrival, front desk attendant did not acknowledge gold elite status. • Front desk attendant would not accept my request for room 128 or 125 even though rooms were empty when I arrived at 2:40p. • No trash can on either end of hall. • Bathtub, not walk-in shower. Curved shower rod. • Bath linens were better than threadbare. • Room was clean. • No clock—alarm clock or otherwise. • Outdoor bench seats located under canopy. Yay. • Internet was down 4/23/26 from 8:23a until ~6p. No refund offered.
- JJJimApr 10, 20265.0Rooms were clean and fresh. Great value for the money. Minor inconvenience with the Tv was fixed by the front desk. All the staff who I encountered up front were very nice and friendly. The morning breakfast was wonderful. The nice lady preparing everything kept up with filling and cleaning. So nice and neat. Remember a small tip makes their day. They work hard to make sure your bellies are full and everything is full and fresh. It's not a 5 star hotel, they know it, so little things shouldn't cost a review rating. Petty people out there giving low ratings for minor problems is silly. If the staff fixes problems addressed give them that credit. Thank you to all the staff here. Our few days were pleasant and comfortable.
