I have stayed here almost 20+ nights in the last 2 months I stayed here a few nights ago and upon arrival it was almost 3 AM so the kind employee changed our stay to roll over so we could get a full nights stay. 10:30 AM arrives and the manager calls our hotel phone wakes us up and says we have to check out. I go down to see why and she says “because her employee was not supposed to do that and so we have to check out since we originally booked for the night before”. I also called IHG REWARDS and was told that there is no compensation for their hotel making a mistake. They just apologize. So i get 4 hours of sleep and an apology? First of what manager of a hotel removes a customer because THEIR employee made a “mistake” (really just beung generous) in letting them stay a full night? Not just address it with the worker and let the customer stay? or at least reimburse? Points? We are rewards members … Im disappointed.

The shower floor was BROWN and had a nose strip on one of the shelves. It made everything else feel gross after that. That’s why you bring your own cleaning supplies to hotels! All in all it was a fine stay.
