- SHSharon HayesNov 11, 20251.0Jessica threatened me. Said she’d “come out of uniform” I was charged an extra night after they agreed to give me a late checkout. Quay, Sheila, Gloria and everyone else. TOP NOTCH! Hilton shame on you for having a GM that threatens consumers. I’m shaking. Unbelievable. She hung up on me. Refused to let me speak to her manager. Wow. HILTON?????? And let me say….i stated to her…I will not accept a lie….she snapped and said I called her a liar and she’d step out of uniform? Huh???? Really? I asked her to check cameras and talk to Gloria & the grounds men who could verify when we checked out!!!! Hilton…do better. She stated she is the manager and who’s over her doesn’t talk to guests. Really??? You can’t have a GM like this representing you. You must do better. I have escalated this to Hilton. Let’s see how this is handled. Update! The executive team at Hilton handled this with professionalism and care within a timely manner. Thank you Hilton!

- BLByron LoweryNov 1, 20255.0My wife Donna and I stayed here on vacation passing through. We always choose Hilton as always had great stays. Room was spacious, clean and beautiful. Had an issue during the night but called customer service and they dealt with it. We had an end room and the hall speaker played music all night and it happened to be on the other side of our headboard! Reported it to the front desk. When I heard nothing she called customer service on the Hilton app and they compensated us and apologized. Would stay again just not in an end room. Bed was so comfortable and bathroom was very nice. Breakfast was just ok. Had biscuits but no gravy, a few tasteless choices and coffee was so-so. So just had breakfast nearby.
