  The absolute worst service I’ve encountered, and I travel ALOT!! I’ve never been to a hotel with such horrible, nasty, guest relations. I’ve had better service and accommodations in motel 6 than with this location. The “manager” Jennifer or Jessica, I can’t remember which one, her attitude is disgusting! I’ll never book with this hotel again. What a shame. To have this poor of service, you might think I would’ve at least been offered an accommodation.

  I’ve waited six days to leave this review, to give the manager a chance to call us, and no one has. So, here it is. We stayed here on 12/26 and checked out the next day. Unfortunately we are staying here again this weekend. It’s nonrefundable, otherwise we would cancel. The room itself is nice and clean. Our problem was with the toilet. We noticed, after our four year old went to the bathroom, it was plugged up. No big deal, I called down to the desk and requested a plunger. My husband plunged it, all good. Or so we thought. I went in, just to pee, and it wouldn’t flush. Husband comes to lounge it again. When I tell you we had to plunge it ever. Single. Time. we wanted to flush the toilet no matter what we did. I called down to the desk, again, and she just said “oh, oh no.” No offer to move us to a different room, to have someone at least look at it, nothing. Thankfully we had family staying two rooms down so we could go there to do number two. The next morning, I mentioned something to the front desk lady, I didn’t get her name but she was fantastic. We explained it to her and she promised to let her manager know and the manager would call us. I do believe she told her manager but no one has reached out to us. That room needs to be closed and the pipes need to be looked at, room 307. The breakfast sucked. You’re better off getting McDonald’s. Hopefully our stay this weekend will be better, but my hopes are low.

  Don’t stay here this place they have bedbugs ! And there bathrooms are not even cleaned right. This is a ridiculous place . Staff in front was very friendly felt very welcomed by Tammy but the place itself has bedbugs and there is evidence if you look behind the bedframes there is dry spray that they had sprayed before for bedbugs ! And on top of that they haven’t paid me my full refund !

  We loved the service provided by staff. We were there on the past weekend and want to give a shout out for Shaquala,Lorrell,And Dawn. They made our stay so pleasant. The beds are too firm could use a removable mattress pad for those who need a softer bed experience. Would be easy to offer. Not that expensive.
