The employee at the desk was very condescending and made no attempt to help me. She placed my credit card and ID on the counter versus handing them to me because I apparently took to long because I was looking for documentation with my new address. She offered no apology. I went across the street to a competitor, explained the situation, and was provided a room.

During the whole stay, the staff were wonderful to interact with, enthusiastic, cheerful, helpful. My room was great, clean, well designed, smelled good. I enjoyed the accommodations. Breakfast was well done: tasty food, plenty available, all the machines and supplies well stocked. The workout room was sufficient, clean, no bad smells, had water and towels available. Plenty of parking. I recommend this hotel.
