I went in to book a room the lady I just speak with told me they have available room she was started to do the booking for me but when I told her that I am going to use my points to pay for our room she told me that I have to do it online so I told her that I’m going to do the booking on my phone and all of the sudden their website says that there is no more available room for tonight!!! It’s ridiculous!!!
- TTTraci TownsendNov 28, 20252.0I stayed here on my trip down to Texas. It was my halfway point. Staff was great. Breakfast could have been better. Room was not great. The bathroom was gross and the shower didn't drain well so nasty stuff came back up the weird drain. The door had ALOT of stuff on it. My guess is it has never been wiped down. There was mold in the shower and the caulk on the bathroom sink was peeling and gross. There was footprints on the bathroom tile. There was an opened water bottle in the fridge. I wrote to corporate as well as the location and gave them the opportunity to make it right prior to this review but they just blew me off so here we are.

The employee at the desk was very condescending and made no attempt to help me. She placed my credit card and ID on the counter versus handing them to me because I apparently took to long because I was looking for documentation with my new address. She offered no apology. I went across the street to a competitor, explained the situation, and was provided a room.
