The "Hot Water" in the lobby was not warm enough for my babies bottles. The milk at breakfast was room temp. Nobody came to do any services on our 4 day stay. Ended up just sitting our trash bags in the hallway. Also, the "free crib" is a pack-n-play that was manufactured in 2012(according to the tag i saw).. Any baby gear made before February 28th, 2013 is considered unsafe. It was so used that the brand name was almost fully rubbed off. Also, I asked for the 'crib' way in advance when I booked the stay. Yet, at check in, the young fella told me they dont offer cribs & needed to call his boss. It took about 30 minutes of me trying to figure out what my options were before the boy showed up to the room with the said pack-n-play. It was pushing $200 a night. For nothing that was offered online except a half-cooked breakfast.
