My son and I both slipped while getting into the pool and smacked our spines on the tile ledge leading to the steps; the handrail just gives you something to flail around before your vertebrae break. We can both stand today, but MAN DOES IT HURT! PLEASE add texturing to the pool steps! (See pic) The room's bathroom has mold on the ceiling, molding/peeling caulking, and a moldy/discolored shower curtain (see pic of the shower curtain 😬). Overall I am happy with everything else and will likely return.

It turned out to be in the room across the hall from the room that was assigned to us.
