  It’s unacceptable for any hotel in 2026 to still serve breakfast on styrofoam plates. These materials contain styrene — a chemical that has been linked to carcinogenic risks — and the concern only increases when used with hot food. At this point, it’s not just about sustainability, but basic health awareness. Cutting costs on something like this at the expense of guest well-being is simply disappointing. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the only issue. The air conditioning units were ineffective and inconsistent — the room was either too hot and humid or uncomfortably cold, with no middle ground. On top of that, they were extremely loud. It was difficult to even hear the TV, and nearly impossible to sleep. I had to wake up multiple times during the night just to turn the AC on and off to manage the temperature. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again. There are plenty of hotels that make better choices — both in terms of guest comfort and basic health considerations.

  If you have a procedure at UAMS, this is a great place to stay. Clean, easily accessible, friendly staff, large basic rooms with kitchenette. A 5 min drive or so from UAMS parking/patient drop off. Highly recommend. Edit: Left some important items behind by accident including a week's worth of medication. No one will get back to me regarding these items, and I have been yanked around since my stay with different answers from everyone. Nice room, horrible service.

  This is placed in a good location and they have a nice courtyard area, but that’s all I have to say that is positive. We had several issues throughout our stay. First, the front desk representative charged us for 5 rooms when we only booked 3, which led to us receiving keys that didn’t work to our room. When trying to resolve this, the rep tried to say we were at fault for this and made us leave our family member’s memorial to drive back to the hotel and fix the issue in person, as opposed to over the phone. Then on our last night, when we attempted turned on the light switch, there was a loud pop and the light never turned on. When we alerted the front desk, they said they would send someone up, but the issue was never fixed, nor were we offered any compensation, points, or discount to make up for the inconvenience.

  The check in and the front desk service during the stay was fantastic! Unfortunately, that’s the only thing that was good about this place. If you’re looking forward to the free hot breakfast offered in your stay, don’t get your hopes up. Jamal at the front desk was an exceptional help with everything that I needed, though! He was patient and collected whenever I came to him with a couple of issues that I was having. He was just an overall kind and knowledgeable person, especially when it was time for the breakfast and nobody was in the kitchen to make food. Jamal went above and beyond to get the customers taken care of. He’s easily the best person that I’ve met in customer service. He got things resolved in a fast, timely manner that seemed like issues from a poorly-run hotel. I definitely won’t be staying here again, but kudos to the hotel for having staff like Jamal to help them make up for their lackluster performance.

  Staff was Excellent, always with smiles and a willingness to go extra. All parking areas are very well lit. Checking in and out was so easy. Wonderful stay!!!
