    I booked 2 rooms for myself, my children with ASD, and elderly mother. I AM Hilton honors member. I requested the rooms be connected and I selected Tru because we had never stayed and never will. I also requested early check in. I received an email saying I could check in with a digital key so I assumed my early check in was accomadated. Upon arrival early check in was not accomadated then the room she gave me was not waht I needed. Mary at the front desk then said they didn't have what I requested and that I should have contacted the property- as a Hilton honors customer I have never had to "contact the property " to ensure my request. After a few moments and me coming to contact customer service she indicated there will be rooms but we will have to wait till 3pm. I said find however because I was discussing my concern with customer care she then said she is declining my reservation all together. In all my year I have never been declined a reservation. This is horrible!

    Honestly wasn’t that impressed. The lady at the front was super sweet and had awesome customer service but the hotel itself wasn’t my favorite. We had been in the road for almost 10+ hours. I called ahead and asked for 2 Queen beds on the lower floor and the biggest room they had since we were traveling with 2 dogs. We get there exhausted to find out that they couldn’t actually book us the 2 queens and be on the bottom floor like promised. So we get our keys because it’s whatever we were exhausted and come to find out we can’t even get into our room. So the nice lady at the front comes up and tried to get into the room and can’t. So upon asking if there’s other rooms she said no but ends up finding us another room and it’s a single bed. Room so small that we couldn’t even walk around the bed comfortably. We chalk it up to whatever as we were exhausted. As we lay down there’s a freaken huge beetle on the pillow. That’s a nope so we call to move rooms and ended up getting a 2 queen room which worked in the end…as that’s what we wanted. So call in advance to get what you want and double check it’s what you want…

    Front desk personnel is always exceptional. They are always friendly. On this particular stay there was a rally coming thru with closs to 100 or so with one person at the desk. She was courteous and professional even in the midst of being overwhelmed. WELL DONE Tru by Hilton !!!

    Hotel was super clean, great shower, staff was outstanding! Late night check in staff was very kind and made checking in easy. We met Stephanie at check out and she was so friendly! We will definitely be staying here next time we pass through Little Rock!
