This is not close to two star… better at Best Western…
We tried the “presidential suite”, it’s nothing of the sort… it’s really grey, depressing and not comfortable
There were no suitcase racks, only two coat hangers and there were no glasses to drink from. Bring your own comforts the room has None …
The decor is solid grey with little to no art… and what the cornices do who knows..
Booked for two nights… and only had two bath towels…
We asked for the room to be turned at 9.00 am and by 3.00 pm still no bed made, no fresh towels and not cleaned….that was after calling front desk twice with repeated requests
The decor and carpets are dated from the 80’s… there was some.sort of bench at the bottom of the bed that you trip over the legs and the air conditioning is loud and right by your head in the bedroom so don’t expect to sleep well. It’s like a force 9 gale blowing over one’s head!
For a room rate of over $400.00 per night this is a total rip off… so I am notifying other members of the public… be aware that this is not 4*, it’s off the beaten path, near a car dealership with loud cars and trucks zoom past at night and the air conditioning is like from a motel in Arizona!
Shower took 10 minutes to get warm, and had zero heat control…and the shampoo and body wash are not clearly marked… so you don’t know which is which. Need to be able to read small letters
For this to be classed as some Hilton luxury… is ridiculous.
And be aware the Table 28 restaurant is separate… so you have to book separate… and they want to serve you up out in the breakfast room which has as much atmosphere as a morticians office!
Breakfast… watched guests and us wait 20 minutes to order … 40 minutes to get served one plate and 20 minutes to get their bills… and is supposed to be a la carte… not even a coffee stand of buffet… takes forever to get served and the food was cold… and you could only “order off the menu” which was not vegetarian or keto…or tasty.
There is no gym on the premisses… you have to drive a mile up the road… ? And what come back to a slow cold shower?
I’d say this hotel needs a makeover… quickly!
Check out the current pictures and see if you agree this does not look “White House gold” or presidential?
Let’s rename this room… the “morbid grey” room!
You can tell I am not very happy with this booking!

The first time staying here and the front desk lady was very, very nice. Personable and helpful. The rooms were clean and we would stay there again. Easy on and off the highway and the main roads.

Great place to stay when you come to LR! We had a surgery scheduled, so we needed to stay a couple of nights and it was amazing. Very nice room, great restaurant on site, and a decent sized pool. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful experience!! Room was beautiful and roomy! Shower is phenomenal. They actually provide Bath and Body Works products like shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap. Beds are so cozy and the pillows heavenly! I would recommend staying in one of the suites as it is so spacious. There is a safe, microwave, fridge and desk for your convenience. They also have an amazing restaurant in the hotel called Table 28 that has brussel sprouts that are to die for!

We stayed here over the weekend with our family of 5. The customer service is amazing! I am from LR and I have struggled finding a hotel that offers good customer service and a nice family suite. We will stay again soon! We loved it! I loved all three of the front desk employees.
