Either the numbers don't work or I am told I got the wrong person and giving another phone number. Pain Treatment Centers of America paid for my stay overnight. All that was required of me was $100 refundable deposit on my credit card. $200 was taken off of my credit card and none of it has been refunded and it has been 10 days! I feel completely ripped off and was counting on my money back so I can pay bills. Not only did I lose that 100 but was charged another hundred! Absolutely nothing was wrong with the room when I left. Before all of this I actually planned on staying there on my next visit to Little Rock but I don't want to get ripped off again
