  Absolutely terrible stay. Loud, very loud music playing late into night. Front desk is absolutely no help

  .. Very surprised with this hotel located in Little Rock Arkansas. I have received excellent service from the front desk employees during my three days stay. This place is very calm, quiet, perfect for resting. My room is very modern beautiful 210 unit with safe, microwave, TV, small refrigerator, Iron, Iron board, hair dryer 2 beds, desk and office chair. The room can be shared with another room through a door that connects the two rooms, they offer free breakfast and always keep fresh coffee. The lobby is very comfortable and spacious they offer items such as sodas, sweets and other different products, they also have laundry rooms and ice machines. I really recommend them. Muy sorprendido con este hotel ubicado en little rock Arkansas. He recibido un servicio excelente por las empleadas del front desk durante mis tres días de estadía. Este lugar es muy calmado, silencioso, perfecto para descansar. Mi cuarto la unidad 210 hermosa muy moderna con caja fuerte, microondas, tv, refrigerador pequeño, Iron, Iron board, hair dryer 2 beds, desk and office chair. La habitacion la puedes compartirla con otra habitacion por una puerta que une las dos habitaciones, Ofrecen desayuno gratuito y siempre mantienen caffe fresco. El lobby es muy cómodo y amplio ellos ofrecen artículos como sodas, golosinas y otros diferentes productos, tambien tienen laundry room y maquina de hielo. Verdaderamente los recomiendo

  The room was really large. That kind of surprised me for a hotel. Customer service was a little bit above average. The room itself appear to be reasonably cleaned although we did find a used to wash cloth on top of the rod that holds the shower curtain. Outside of the room...hallways and entrance area has been neglected for days if not weeks. Spider webs hanging down the front with a large spider in it, black looking mold around several seals. Several public areas smelled old and not well maintained. For the price we paid I am fine with it but I most likely won't return unless there's some super special deal. Really no breakfast to speak of they had some yogurt and some pastries and maybe some hard boiled eggs but I remember correctly. Very limited protein mostly just carb items.

  Easy access from the highway. Quiet and semi secluded. The ac works so good at got upset about my ac at home. Overall great experience. Would/ will book again

  We were excited to stay at this hotel, but check-in was disappointing. No one was at the front desk for about 20 minutes, and the hotel phones were hard to hear. My boyfriend had to find another employee, and we learned the receptionist was in another room with both AirPods in. When we were finally helped, they said next to nothing and were neither friendly nor welcoming. I hope management addresses this, as timely service and basic hospitality are important.
