  We stayed here last minute after our flight was canceled, and this was genuinely one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this one is necessary. The room was in poor condition..the remote didn’t work, the towel rack literally fell off the wall, there were flower petals and a used vape under the bed, and the shower was broken. The bathroom looked more like a rehab facility than a hotel room. Overall, it felt extremely run down and not properly maintained even though it was supposed to be a newer hotel… For the price we paid, this was unacceptable. This room should have been a budget motel rate (I’m talking $45 a night instead of $111, not a Hilton-branded stay. I would not recommend this location and would not stay here again.

  I am legally blind I got there on a Friday night the man who helped me get my luggage and everything of Tomorrow a friend of mine that was driving for me that day when he left he notified me that the elevators were not shutting so he could not use them and he had to go down the steps I tried it and yes they were not working Saturday when I tried to use the elevators once again they were not working I managed to go down the steps even though it was very difficult when I told the lady downstairs about the elevators she said we're going to have to go shake the door on the third floor which is where I was at so they already knew about the problem does also let me know they know about the problem before I got there they could have let me know immediately and I would have tried to find another hotel where I would feel safe going up and down however Sunday they worked Monday same problem Tuesday I had to carry my luggage down the steps again and it was very difficult and when I told the lady down front about my visual impairment she chuckled literally so then when I made a issue with guest services through Hilton the general manager of this location said he could not do anything about it because it was only out for one day now twice when I was on the elevator in the door would not shut I was with other people I don't think we both imagined it I don't think my driver imagined it I could not understand why the general manager would not just admit the faults but instead he would lie to me and to the rest of the Hilton people it was a bold face lie and let me know that my safety did not matter to them as long as they hit their numbers or whatever but the American Disability Act and any accommodations that came with it was absolutely never met and I feel like they did not care instead of making it right they lied about the situation I have refused to do any type of resolution any type of compensation or anything even an apology absolutely nothing has been done except lies if you are disabled or prefer honesty in businesses this would not be the hotel I would recommend for anybody

  .. Very surprised with this hotel located in Little Rock Arkansas. I have received excellent service from the front desk employees during my three days stay. This place is very calm, quiet, perfect for resting. My room is very modern beautiful 210 unit with safe, microwave, TV, small refrigerator, Iron, Iron board, hair dryer 2 beds, desk and office chair. The room can be shared with another room through a door that connects the two rooms, they offer free breakfast and always keep fresh coffee. The lobby is very comfortable and spacious they offer items such as sodas, sweets and other different products, they also have laundry rooms and ice machines. I really recommend them. Muy sorprendido con este hotel ubicado en little rock Arkansas. He recibido un servicio excelente por las empleadas del front desk durante mis tres días de estadía. Este lugar es muy calmado, silencioso, perfecto para descansar. Mi cuarto la unidad 210 hermosa muy moderna con caja fuerte, microondas, tv, refrigerador pequeño, Iron, Iron board, hair dryer 2 beds, desk and office chair. La habitacion la puedes compartirla con otra habitacion por una puerta que une las dos habitaciones, Ofrecen desayuno gratuito y siempre mantienen caffe fresco. El lobby es muy cómodo y amplio ellos ofrecen artículos como sodas, golosinas y otros diferentes productos, tambien tienen laundry room y maquina de hielo. Verdaderamente los recomiendo
