    Staff were helpful and accommodating. Common areas where clean and tidy. The actual room, a king suite on the 5th floor, while not dirty, was in desperate need of maintenance. The number of things that were worn, water damaged, broken from use/misuse, or inexplicably wet were not few. The bed frame box had one of its four sides completely detached and laying against the wall beneath the headboard. The result of which was an obnoxiously loud creak upon even the slightest movement, as well as the anxiety from the knowledge that at any moment the head of the bed might suddenly drop 10". There were multiple obvious signs of water damage, cracked walls from structural subsidence, and evidence everywhere of improper or inadequate maintenance. The lobby was lovely and the room was very quiet. There were two temperature zones for the two rooms which worked fantastically. The ice machine on that floor was in good working order. I only collected photos of the issues and not of the finer areas, I apologize.

    The room was clean and the kitchen equipped with microwave, medium size refrigerator and dishwasher. Guest services was helpful. They could have changed the breakfast, it was the same my entire stay.

    The hotel is very decent. Location is pretty good, a few eateries within walking distance. The Hilton brand is a very good brand.

    This hotel seemed cleaned and newer but I could tell the bedding wasn’t changed before. The pillows and sheets smelled like a man who hadn’t showered in a week had slept in the bed. I had to go downstairs because the pillows stank so bad and then I realized the sheets also smelled 😭😅
