    We noticed pet odors. Both elevators had a rectangle of carpet on the floor that had not been deodorized. Room had areas where we’d get a whiff of pet accidents (bedroom was odor free). Staff was friendly, room and hotel looked clean, breakfast was typical. Several chain restaurants within walking distance. Easy access from the highway and easy parking. We frequently stay in pet friendly properties. This has been the first that I have experienced a pet odor problem.

    Noisy...I will know to get the top floor next time. Typically I do not have this experience when we come to town at this Home 2. I was told on the particular King Suite they do not take Military discounts. One lady at the front desk was very nice to us..said she would report my concerns to the GM. When I got ready to check out another lady wasn't as concerned. It appeared she did report it to the GM and one of the owners who could have been on site the noise and holes that were in the blanket for the let out couch. Typically I do not post bad reviews unless I have been acknowledged. However having holes in a blanket like a rat has eaten it is diabolical. It is always the principle for me. SIDEBAR: ****Management or owner you had time to speak to me or address the concerns when you saw me walk by several times at the front desk. Instead of you sending the front desk lady back out to relay the message it would have been nice to see you all show more concern. I'm sure you will respond to this post now that I am out of sight out of mind. *****

    Homeless people everywhere, General Manager a lier and extremely rude "Vanessa" and they tried to draft money from my account without notifying me first at random. Lastly, they wanted me to overpay when clearly my bill was paid but they had some sort of glitch in there system. I was harassed to make more payments and threatened to call the police on for walking out on my bill that was clearly paid after staying for 4 days. I wall told by my bank that payments were cleared but the General Manager yelled that the bank was lying however when the payments cleared no one reached back out to apologize or anything. Poor customer service and General Manager was inhospitable to say the least. I hope this helps someone before experiencing what I did. Thanks

    The first room, a/c was out, but immediately moved to new room and everything was fine from there. The room was clean as in most Home2 hotels I have stayed in and was quiet and close parking.
