Damian gave us a most warm welcome at the front desk and could could not have been nicer. A special shout out also goes to Marcus who served us in the Camp David restaurant. Marcus was very sociable and provided exceptional service. We would come back just to see Damian and Marcus!

The lady who appeared to be the hotel manager rudely asked me to pick up a decorative pillow off the floor that my son set down, stating they like to "keep it clean around here". All the while, I was sitting in the lobby asking for towels because room service came and took our dirty towels, didnt replace them with new ones, and left all our trash in the trash bin and didnt clean our room. Ironic

A little tricky getting out thru the poles that are across the parking lot because it looks like it is entry only-not an exit. I’m sure it would be a lot easier in the daylight.
