858 a.m. and the Continental breakfast was completely packed up, not even coffee. Was not acknowledged for my status or check-in bonus. Front desk clerk (10pm) was way more concerned about his pizza that just got delivered. Strange layout with stained ceiling tiles. It was a clean room and bed.

DO NOT STAY HERE! This place is a scam. It has NOTHING it says it does. The entrance is staged and looks very nice but as soon as you walk down the hall to the elevator the entire vibe changes. THERE WAS ANIMAL FECES IN THE CORNER ON THE DIRTY CARPET. The feces was the size of racon or cat at least. It was dried and growing mold. I am currently still waiting on my refund. I immediately packed up my family and left after showing the front desk a picture of the FECES ON THE FLOOR. I have a young child. Thank God I did not let her move around in the room. My husband spent $55 at the restaurant connected, on one appetizer, two salads, and a kids meal. The food was terrible, very small portions, and not fresh. This type of false advertising should be illegal.

Needs maintenance. Despite the low rating I decided to give them a chance and I can see why they have low ratings. Checking in was fine. Upon entering my room I noticed the light for the cabinet appears to have fallen behind it on the floor. The TV remote was working as I saw the light, but it didn't work for the TV in my room. They were able to get me another remote which worked. The outlets under the TV did not work. Above the shower I noticed mold spots on the ceiling. They offered to move me to another room, but since I only stayed 2 nights it wasn't worth the trouble. The stairway needed to be cleaned/vacuumed as well as some spots on the floors. Breakfast options were fine. When checking out there was a sign posted that said "Will be back in 5 minutes". I waited 15 minutes just to check out.

Absolute scam of a star hotel. Travelers beware. Rooms are like motels. Appliances and Toilettes are mostly broken. Hygiene at its absolute worst.
Even the 1 star that you will see on this review is too generous for the hotel.
The scam being, if you ask them to cancel your booking on the basis of dissatisfactory rooms, they’ll promptly promise you that booking will be cancelled and you will not be charged. But as you leave the hotel, they’ll keep the room booked in your name. You will be charged. IHG group will give no help.
