    I'm an IGH Diamond Elite member. I got here around 12:30 at night and was told that there were no more king rooms left which I had reserved weeks before. I got a full size double room instead - room 210 - which I took because it is just one night and me and my partner can fit in a double bed. We got to the room we were given instead and it was just covered in white powder. This hotel is awful and we cancelled our stay here for our return trip. Don't stay here.

    Bed bug found in room 145…. It was one single bed bug but it made us so uncomfortable we had to let front management know and leave. The location is also noisy as it’s right next to a busy interstate.

    Entire hotel smells like mildew, all rooms have windows facing into the lobby which plays music and guests sit directly outside your window for breakfast at 6 am talking loudly.

    This might be one of the worst Holiday Inn Expresses I’ve staid at. The windows in your room look out to the lobby and the curtains in my room had gap so anyone could just look in, the gap lets light making it difficult for me to sleep. The beds are not comfortable, the carpet in my room was very dirty and the toilet would hardly flush. I am platinum elite status with IHG so I’ve seen my fair share of their hotels and this one’s at the bottom. I’ve given this place two shots but now I’ll be going elsewhere when I travel to Little Rock for work.

    Music in atrium played to loudly every night. Even after asking for it to be turned down. Melting snow dripped into building in multiple places causing ceiling tiles to fall in the pool, on carpet, and on balconies of rooms. No effort was made to stop the water from splashing everywhere and dripping on carpets, and the mess was left for MULTIPLE DAYS! Rooms had stains on furniture and beds are old and have major dips where people have set in them to many times. Housekeeping didn't show up for the first 4 days of my 8 day stay. Floors were sticky and this place was just a mess....
