  The hotel didn’t honor the room type I booked and paid. Even though I online checked in and selected my room the hote switched me to a different room right next to elevator last minute. I asked them why and they started to give me excuses that thats the room type I booked. I showed them my reservation and then its we are sorry we are full. Room was dirty with hair in bath tub and staff not courteous. I will not recommend this hotel.

  We spend 100+ nights per year in just Hilton brands, maintain diamond status and I'm a repeat guest of this property. I'm going to keep this short. Parking lot was never cleared of snow and ice for at least three days when all businesses around were. It was extremely dangerous! I addressed this twice with the hotel to be told the company that ownership hired to do so never showed up... My suite had some updates but was filled with very worn/broken down furniture. Requested extra pillows never showed up. Water never got to "hot" status. Wi-Fi was not reliable in the bedroom portion of suite. Our daily food/beverage credit was never applied. Addressed this at checkout, was given a revised folio showing so but the revised folio amount was never applied. The limited staff we engaged with were all pleasant but not all professional in their appearance, actions or how they engage with each other... I will no longer consider this property when in the Little Rock area during the winter months.

  Uodate: after complaint staff immediately took care of the issue. Changing my trading. The room is nice. After arrival the front desk area and the entire 2nd floor we were on smelled strongly of weed. To the point that my room smelled of weed.

  Great location but the morning restaurant staff is really an issue. The cost of food is crazy at this prperty as well. The elevator I got in would not take me to the first floor. TV service was poor. Ended up just turning it off. There are a lot of other good hotels and restaurants in the area to choose from.

  The people at the front desk, both the evening and morning, seem to be Lacking communication skills. Not really wanting to help too much seeming like it’s a bother to help customers. Responses were quietly spoken. I asked about how breakfast works & to check if it’s covered with the room. The gentleman told me it wasn’t & to go to the breakfast side to pay. So, I walked over and stood there for 10 minutes waiting for assistance and nobody come and asked if I needed anything. So I left the facility to get breakfast elsewhere. Besides breakfast, Thanks for the wonderful visit.
