- SSSandra StrainFeb 16, 20263.0This stay was just ok…. I was a little disappointed in several ways. As a gold card member not one word about being a long time loyal Hilton member. No water offered at the front desk after a long drive. I have a feather pillow allergy and was questioned why it was not on my Hilton App that I have an allergy to feathers. I pulled up my app to show the front desk guy that there’s not a place on my end to mark an allergy. He was a nice guy but I certainly did not appreciate that. He found it in his end that it should have been marked. Also he gave me the impression that it would be difficult to get foam pillow for the night. I only stay at Hilton’s and this one by far was my least favorite experience. Here’s the best part…we pay almost 30 dollars for an over night valet and the next morning there’s no one that can drive a manual car! We have to walk around the building to get our car out of the valet lot because no one could drive a stick shift. We left our luggage at the front entrance and had to pull over and load up our car just to get back on the road for a long drive. What a serious mess!
