    Comfortable rooms and beds. Parking basically impossible but they have valet service for a decent price

    $27 to valet. We have an early flight so we were told to request our car 30 minutes early. We request it at 0330. Get to the lobby at 0400 and no one in sight. Front desk clerk ask about our car and says “I will message him” 2 minutes later he walks to the front to get our keys from the valet desk. Long story short, walk downstairs and confirm in person so you arnt waiting around like we did.

    My husband and I went to the bar and there were 2 female bar tenders. The service for about 5 people was terrible. Both ladies were talking about personal information in their lives and one was on her phone sitting down most of the time. One of the 2 bartenders never asked us if we needed anything. They were very unwelcoming and unfriendly.

    After dealing with a disastrous behavior and rudeness at the Homewood Suites here in downtown Little Rock, I came right away to the Hilton garden inn. Within 2 minutes I had my room within 2 minutes. I was on the internet stably. The room is completely clean, quiet and I will make sure from now on I will stay here instead. Never ever stay at the Hilton for the Homewood Suites in downtown Little Rock. They are the rudest staff I've ever met

    The customer service here is amazing!! The lady was able to help me without hesitation when no one else around town would. The valet guy was very helpful and funny. The hotel itself is very beautiful, looks like it was recently renovated.
