Great breakfast, had different options each morning. All the front desk staff were fantastic! Deon definitely went above and beyond and deserves a raise! Definitely recommend!

Front desk “Prime Time” Deon is the absolute man.. any questions I had he answered.. any help I needed he was there.. the customer service and his willingness to go above and beyond was top notch.. one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had.. you can find cheap/free parking right outside the front door or pay for the ramp if preferred.. buffet breakfast was more plentiful than expected.. and again, can’t emphasize this enough, “Prime Time” Deon is the absolute man.. best in the business.. always friendly.. always helpful.. and always makes you feel taken care of/welcome there.. if you need anything ask Deon and he’ll get you right!

However, the breakfast service needs significant improvement. For two consecutive days, the brown sugar and dried cranberries were hard and stale, and the coffee was cold. In terms of cleanliness, while I understand the hotel is undergoing renovations, housekeeping standards are not being adequately maintained. The breakfast area and elevator were unclean and unpleasant. Overall, despite the positive interactions with the front desk staff, I am not satisfied with my stay and would not recommend this property.
