- CCClaireJan 3, 20262.0Sure the rooms look nice their hotel is beautiful but I’ve noticed this in all the Hilton hotels that they want you to sleep in hot temperatures in every room in every hotel you stay at genuinely makes me not want to book Hilton or travel with anyone who does book Hilton can’t even get a good nights rest without waking up feeling sweaty no matter how many layers of clothing. Thanks for the sleepless nights Hilton wish not getting sleep was by choice !

Shoutout to the front desk agents at the hotel. Great job checking us in seamlessly and sense of the welcome. The hotel was clean, complementary breakfast wasn’t bad. You can tell the property aims to make the guests feel comfortable away from home etc. Location is amazing being at the heart of town. Easy access to many other hot spots.

Large comfortable beds and pillows, bedside charging ports, mini refrigerator and microwaves in each room. Hotel also has a downstairs bar and nightly managers special/happy hour with lots of restaurants nearby in walking distance and courtesy airport shuttle. We will definitely stay here again whenever in Little Rock. We loved our stay.

A major issue is the electric vehicle charging. It is prohibitively expensive and feels more like a profit center than a guest amenity. Guests already pay for a parking pass at a suburban hotel, yet EV users are charged an additional $4 just to plug in, plus $0.38 per kWh. For context, electricity in Little Rock averages around $0.08 per kWh, and it is actually cheaper to use a Level 3 fast charger off property. If management truly wants to “enhance the experience for all guests,” this is an obvious place to start. Reasonably priced EV charging, at or near actual electricity costs would go a long way toward showing that guest feedback leads to real improvements, not just templated responses.

Embassy Suites is easy toI love..the manager special, even better is the AMAZING BREAKFAST (I am specifically speaking of the devilishly handsome young man in Jonesboro, AR. ASU campus!🥰🥰.) These VERY hard working and obviously dedicated people are make Hilton my obvious choice!! Having traveled extensively in the United States and abroad, customer service when you’re tired is gold. And these people are platinum. Today I’m staying close to home, my 24-year-old son is in the emergency room at UAMS in Little Rock, AR. There are no words to describe how exhausted I am. However, before Old GramGram Canu drifts off to a beautiful sleep, I HAD to brag on these beautiful human beings you have working here. They are the real deal, genuine, warm, helpful, kind, and focused on ME!!!! I want to personally thank Dwayne, he helped book my room because I was too tired to book online. Landy was amazing. She made me feel like my Mom was comforting me, Mom passes a year ago🥰😭❤️💕. She looked me in the eye and I could feel her compassion. EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED!.You can’t fake that. It meant everything to me! After I went up to the shower and got dressed, I came down and met the wonderful Dwayne and beautiful Barbara! They ALSO made me feel so special. Whatever you pay these people, it is not enough. These HUMAN BEINGS are what makes your company SO SPECIAL AMAZING! Thank you for the wonderful service each and everyone you!!
