This has been my hotel to stay for last few time in LR however I will not be staying anymore. The hotel had made Parking extremely difficult. Surface parking is always full and garage access is extremely difficult. Last stay my key card did not work for parking and had to go to lobby for the code. This time again had to park far away and walk and when I explained to the manager at lobby she seemed to not care at all and instead just said parking is $12 do you want to stay here. I told them this is the last time I am staying and they said OK thats fine. Rooms are dated too though clean. Making parking this difficult in Little Rock is absurd but even if they want to charge they should provide better service.

First, check in staff were blah. Certainly not happy to see you. Lobby and restaurant were nice but my room was horrible. Smelled terribly of mold and mildew. I should have requested different room but didn't...big mistake. I did tell them the next day about it and they said sorry. Management did follow up and seemed to take the issue seriously.

The hotel personal are happy, most in costume for Halloween, and helpful when you ask for clarifications. Rooms were clean and everything I used was serviceable. I forgot to ask for military discount on check in and asked if I could still get it the next morning but I was told I can only get it upon reservation, my loss I guess. I also unfortunately observed 2 cube pieces of cheese on floor in garage elevator but was gone when I went back to the garage 40 minutes later.

Dennis Wright went above and beyond what was expected. I asked him if he was maintenance and he said house cleaning. He asked me what was the issue? I told him I was having problems with my toilet. He asked me my room number. He called maintenance on the phone and got off the elevator. Five minutes later, he knocked on my door and updated me on on what maintenance was supposed to do. I was not expecting that level of dedication to customer service. He made my experience better bust I was starting to get disappointed with this hotel. Thank you, Mr. Wright, I truly appreciate your help and your dedication to customer service! Keep up the great work!
