    No jacuzzie tubs and tvs are pretty outdated and extremely slow. The bar and pool all close at 10pm It says there is a sauna there but apparently it no longer exists. the power was out from 12am to 4am with an evacuation alarm at 3am can't really blame them stuff happens i was refunded the $17 garage parking. The free breakfast was good and a heads up there is a $250 deposit.

    After a cross country road trip, my husband and I were dog tired. I picked the Embassy here as it was across from a place I had chosen to eat. I'm completely happy. Room was super clean. It's got dated fixtures, but it's comfortable and I have zero complaints on the cleanliness. My tub looks great, beds are comfy, the fridge and microwave were great...love the layout. Embassy is awesome. The lobby was lovely and a popular + lively gathering place. My service dogs enjoyed how spacious this room was also! A few relief spots outside made for convenient breaks for them. I encountered several friendly staff members and the young lady sweeping by the front door was ON IT. A busy rainy evening, she was doing great keeping up on cleaning the lobby floor. I was so impressed by her. Taking one star off because of a power outage at midnight that continues now through the night. I think something should be done. It got very hot in the room, dark, no tv

    Stayed 3 nights attending an Arkansas state education course. The room, staff and location were excellent. There was a mixup with the shuttle service. which was initially irritating, however the GM and head chef Jarrell went above and beyond to rectify. Jarrell deserves a raise IMO! The staff at the small bar & grill were friendly, excellent service. Location was good-a Kobe Japanese restaurant and a Lenny’s subs was directly adjacent. Other restaurants and retail are nearby and within walking distance, but note those located across Markham street, that is a major thoroughfare, high traffic. Planet Fitness and other gyms are a short Uber away. The exercise gym was better than I expected, I wasn’t expecting world class machines but they did the job and bonus was a full dumbbell rack up to 50 lbs. Breakfast bar was very good each morning.
