The parking sotuation is awful. Front desk said not to worry about parking. Tried leaving and got charged $2 because we were there for 16 minutes instead of 15 minutes. Its not worth the 2 dollars to go back and get a voucher.

It would have been nice to have had a small fridge in the room, but I had a small cooler with me, so it wasn't a big deal. Room was very clean and the staff was awesome. Reaeaka Criner at the front desk was super nice and helpful!!!! Brenda Carter- Mountain Home, Arkansas 11-14-25 (2 nights)

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic, on the riverwalk and the main street to the restaurants and bars along the riverfront. It is in walking distance of the Clinton Library and even Simmons Bank Arena for concerts and events across the river in North Little Rock. You can access two pedestrian bridges to cross, or take the trolly train. The only issue I have with the hotel is maintenance. It's dirty. The furniture in the lobby, which is the front line of your business, is peeling and dirty, beat up, and stained. I don't know how a Hilton property allows the disrepair we saw, even in an older property. As nice as everyone was, I would opt to stay elsewhere next trip.

Great everything except the bathroom wasn't great. Poor remodel. But not the end of the world bad like I had to get another room. Just minor things. Would recommend still. But rooms don't get a 5 unless they are perfect

BED BUGS!!!!! Yes, bed bugs. And I don't YELP. Honestly, I think it's ridiculous and gives a platform to a bunch of dingleberries that have some weird sense of entitlement. However, Doubletree Hotel in downtown Little Rock has left me zero choice.
I have called and called and called trying to get ahold of the hotel's General Manager. They couldn't give me, (a longtime Hilton Honors Member who has been sternly loyal to the brand), a simple five minute phone call.
I stay with a Hilton every month. Never had any issues. While in town for work on September 8-11, 2025.... I woke up after my first night and thought I had been bitten by a mosquito on my legs. After the second night..... I was covered in bites and sores all over my lower body. I Checked the bed that the housekeeper had made up on Wednesday... bed begs under the sheet. Clear as day. I immediately called the front desk. They sent the front desk manager Micah to my room. He was apologetic and took pictures of my sores and the bed bugs. (So did I.)
He gave me a new room on a lower floor. He assured me that the hotel manager would be in touch and they would make this right. I went back to the front desk several times but the manager was never available.
When I got home, I called and called. Finally I spoke to Melissa the operations manager. She said they would have a third party company investigate and she would call me back. Never heard a peep from her. Finally one day someone put me through to the GM's voicemail. I explained the situation and pleaded for a call back. To this day.... Over a month ago now... nothing!!!!!
Do NOT stay at this hotel. I understand bed bugs happen at probably every hotel from what exterminators have told me since this incident. But make it right for your guests. It's not their fault they paid good money, and not to be eaten alive by bed bugs. I was miserable and itchy for two weeks!!!!
Sorry I had to resort to YELP to hopefully be heard.
Also, be careful not to track the bed bugs back to your house. Treat everything with steam and extreme heat. Or just throw it away!
