We have stayed at this hotel several times over the past six years, but we will not stay here again unless the property is completely renovated. During our most recent stay, we observed worn and stained furniture and flooring throughout the hotel. We also experienced no hot water one morning, and on our last two nights the entire hotel reeked like a sewer or filthy restroom. The stink was strongest at the garage and lobby level but was quite noticeable in the hallway on the 13th floor. Thankfully the smell was not strong inside our room, though it was faintly noticeable. On top of all of the above issues, the water pressure in our room was very low throughout our stay. Hilton should be embarrassed by the condition of this property. It is in a fantastic location but is in terrible condition. I would not recommend staying here unless the property recieves a top-to-bottom renovation.

We are very surprised that this is a Hilton hotel, needs so many updates and repairs. Carpets filthy, furniture old and chipped, restaurant chairs need cleaning or replaced. We ate in restaurant for dinner and breakfast, really ok , but not worth the money . Staff super nice and are not responsible for the way the hotel is maintained! Needs complete tear down and redo! Embarrassing to say the least.

I have to say here often for work. I can't recommend it to anyone. The hot water takes 45 minutes to heat up. The HVAC never works. It is always way too hot or way too cold. If you need anything in the middle of the night, you have to go to the lobby. The phones don't work. Only giving it two stars because the breakfast is really good.

I travel quite a bit, and stay in a lot of Hilton hotels, and if you are ever in Little Rock stay at the DoubleTree and make sure you see Micah. When you live out of a suitcase it's nice when you find a place that treats you like family and that's exactly what he does he goes above and beyond and is the most consummate professional no matter how busy he is. Finding somebody that is that guest service friendly is a rarity in today's service industry world. I hope the Hilton hotel brand realizes what they have in him.

The two stars are for the very friendly bartender Kai, and the lady that serves breakfast. They were both great. Top marks for them. That being said: I can't imagine the QA audit scores for this property. It's relatively clean, but it's SO rundown and generally shabby. Peeling wallpaper, veneer bubbling off the furniture, stained carpets, lamp shades falling apart, even the iron in the room was damaged. It had a sharp edge and snagged my shirt. Ate four times. Burger on the first night was top notch. Breakfast on both days was on the low side of mid. Louie salad was bland and the shrimp was rubbery. To be fair, I don't expect great cuisine in Arkansas. I'm seeing a lot of reviews mentioning hot water, and yes it happened during my stay as well. Seems like constant bandaids aren't cutting it and you might need to overhaul the system. The location is great, views on all sides are quite nice, and it's clear your team cares about their guests and their job. But they can only do so much. The hotel itself is falling apart. Get with your ownership and put some money into this property so it, and your team, can shine.
