You can’t expect pristine conditions but this was mid at best. Their saving grace is definitely the price point as well as the friendliness of everyone working there. Woke up at 3am to someone blaring their horn over and over again for 15 minutes. Of course had to go to the bathroom at that time and turned on the light to see a huge roach crawl across the floor of the bathroom.... definitely not worth it. Not the worst but there is definitely better out there.

The manager and her staff including the housekeepers were fabulous. My room was clean and quiet. I will surely stay at this location when I am in Little Rock visiting.
