- SHScott HarperNov 5, 20252.0I travel full time for my construction job . Candlewood suites is the most common place that my company and I stay at. From the very beginning I knew that this location would not compared to the others. Before walking in the door there was a strong odor of marijuana as there was several youth sitting on the patio smoking. The front desk had an individual standing on the customer side eating a pizza talking to the young lady that was working. He had to be asked by staff to step away from the counter so I can check in. After I checked my room I went to my vehicle to retrieve my bags. That same young lady and young man we're kissing in the lobby, and on one of my trips to my vehicle I noticed that the young individuals outside were with that same young man. Once I got settled in my room I noticed that my plates in the cabinet had some kind of film on them like they were not washed. I went to the business center to do some school work as I'm taking extra safety courses to further my career. The computer appeared to be from the '90s and I was unable to use it because of it working so slow. I was highly disappointed in this location and I'm encouraging my company headquarters to find us another location.

The staff contacted us immediately upon learning that we had left some incredibly important medication in the fridge by mistake and contacted us right away and were even willing to hold for us in the fridge for us until we could come back through on our way back. The rooms are spacious and kitchens well equipped. We had a couple of things that needed attention and they were prompt to address them. The staff at the front desk is truly amazing!

Dirty elevator, orange mildew in tub and mold on all of the shampoo/conditioner/soap bottles, no hand soap available, not enough towels for the amount of people in the room (4), the bathtub faucet was leaking ALL NIGHT! Once we left, some creep followed me and my daughter to our truck at 2am(yes, we had to get the hell outta there) as soon as I turned around he backed off. Good thing I was armed! This place sucks and would 10/10 NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
