    Had to pay security deposit up front where most wait to see if something is wrong before they charge you so be prepared to pay and hope you get it back our room smelt like urine horrible stay for 200 dollars and roaches in one room

    My family and I stayed here 2 nights. The night we checked in (Thursday) the lady at the front desk was so nice. Probably the best service we have gotten at a hotel in a while. I wish I would have gotten her name to name her personally for being so friendly to us and my son. Room was clean and had everything we needed, bed was very comfortable, and place was very calm. I slept just as good as I do at home. Breakfast was good too and had lots of good options. If we are ever in town again, I would definitely stay here again.

    The property manager was fantastic! I had an issue with another hotel and was basically left stranded. She welcomed me and another traveler in immediately. We had pets and the management was accommodating to our situation. The hotel was clean, breakfast wonderful and the property manager went out of her way to assist me in booking two more Best Western’s as l had a few more days to travel. I cannot express my appreciation for the incredible customer service. THANK YOU

    I am a Dimond member at Best Western granted its not a Hilton or Sheraton I stayed in many Best Westerns this one is looks so bad I can't even describe it (No words)....I asked to have the room changed it was even worse..... Don't co.e to this location

    Erica is very professional and is very inviting when my husband and I came in. Nice clean rooms. I would recommend this place to stay!
