Not horrible, but not great either. We almost always stay at this brand of hotel and are use to the consistency. At check in we expect a friendly staff member to check us in. Instead we were served by a cold staff member that seemed like we were more of a bother then anything.
This is also the first time staying with this brand that we didn't have free breakfast. They charged $15 per person for breakfast. We declined and went to waffle House, which was cheaper. If you are experiencing typical Holiday Inn experience, don't choose this location.

This hotel stay was awful. We were supposed to have a wheelchair accessible room and it wasn't. The ac unit kept turning on and off all night. The toilet kept running so bad that we had to shut the water off to it and to top everything off there was a strobe light for the hearing accessible room that was flashing all night long.

We loved staying here. The rooms were clean, and the people who work here were all friendly and helpful. I love the holiday inn because the rooms don't have a thick smell of any type of fragrance but they still smell fresh and clean. Thank you good people of this holiday inn. God Bless You. (We did not get the breakfast option so I can't give any details on that and it was too cold to go in the pool)

This place has a great location around a lot of restaurant choices. Rooms are starting to get a little tired and there is no office space in the room with lighting and a decent chair. If I were still a business man traveling, I would avoid coming back to the place. They are building a Holiday Inn Express about a mile east to this hotel. Maybe I will have better luck there in the future.

False advertising. They claim that their bar/restaurant is temporarily closed, but in the several years that work sends me there, it is only open for breakfast and it is extremely limited to what is available and it is not free. You are better off walking to Waffle House and paying half the price in comparison.
The hotel itself is ok. Pool is outdoors and closed half the year. No whirlpool in the pool area. But the staff recommended the gym to relax after working my muscles to the bone during the day.
If there are kids sports teams in the hotel, you will net get any sleep. Staff allows the large groups to run the hotel as parents are getting drunk in the lobby or on the patio while the kids run and play games throughout the hotel hallways.
