Unacceptable. Was told: the owners have been told, they just haven't brought it over". Hmmm, clearly don't value their guests. Other ways to ensure creamer is available. Other guests were annoyed as well.

Coffee in the lobby is either empty or cold. Electricity glitches randomly. AC fails to adjust to the set temperature, which makes your night horrible. Room is humid with smell unfortunately.
