    Went to the Garden inn, paying $220 night, looking for the restaurant breakfast and dinner services, expecting the fresh egg and bacon breakfast from other Garden inn that normally costs around $15- 20 with tip, and waiting for the steak for the night. Found a very cheap bottled egg mix, they served me in paper cup and gave me creamer from walkway on table, why you have ceramic cups?? breakfast choices are worst as a Hampton, dinner cheap burger and fries, even asked for the menu and they sent me to the bar to get it by myself, they don't have one. why they have a cook? McDonalds has a better menu choice if you want fast food. The building is old carpets dirty in the room, personal is grumpy. Home 2 Jonesboro offers newer rooms better breakfast every day for free, coffee, tee, soda all day and personal is friendly for $100 less.

    Stayed there for two days for work trip. Everything was great. Shirin is the best - I forgot my receipt of breakfast for reimburse. She worked with kitchen and dug into the record locating my original receipts for me. Greatly appreciated for all the patience and service - highly recommended.

    Great service, especially Kathy! I had a document I had to print for a work event the next day and within 15 minutes of sending a message in the Hilton app asking about printing facilities, Kathy had printed and slipped the document in a folder under my hotel room door. Thank you, Kathy!

    These comments are only on the room; I didn't experience issues with the rest of the hotel, which was pleasant enough. The bed was comfortable. Two out of two lamps in the room had faulty light bulbs. The bathroom is showing its age--water/rust damage. The carpet needs a deep cleaning. There was no fan control for the HVAC--it was either on full and louid or off. Overall, the room is not up to Garden Inn standards. There are other hotels in the vicinity, and next time I'll try one of those.

    It was a business trip, so I didn't get to do much relaxing, but the hotel seemed well located to multiple restaurants in all proce ranges with a variety of culinary offerings. The breakfast and dinner meal offerings at the hotel itself were delicious and well worth the price. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The only drawback, in my opinion, was that it's obvious that this is a fairly high-volume location and, coming from a spit and polish upbringing and career, there were little things I noticed that prevent me giving 5 stars across the board, such as rust spots on the hardware in the tub and dust in cracks/corners on lamps and furniture in the room. However, for a quick flip, the room was clean and tidy. The rust spots and dust is just me being a perfectionist.
