- MFMark Farrell6 days ago1.0I normally stay here two to three times per year for 2 or 3 nights. I recently stayed in room 217. If you are assigned this room, request another. The shower did not work. Also, on the second night of my stay the vent system had extremely loud banging noises which kept me awake all night prior to a 7 hour drive the next day. I stay at this hotel for business and I need it to deliver when I am focused on my work. It failed me this time, and that would be okay except the fact that the hotel texted me to ask about my stay. I said it was not great and they asked if they could call. I gave permission, but never received a call. I also told the front desk when leaving the hotel. The lady said she would have management give me a call, but I never heard from them. I will be looking at new options for my business trips to Jonesboro. I suppose when business drops, years from now Hilton brands will be scratching their heads and will spend untold millions on "rebranding" when the simple solution would be to take care of repeat customers, and address their issues. However, for today's hotel conglomerates, I suppose authentic hospitality and caring for your customers is too much to expect.

Bed was comfortable, no pet or smoke smell anywhere , breakfast was awesome, gym was excellent, pool, whirlpool, and the place was well lit and QUIET! We stay at the ES in Destin twice a year and this ES in Jonesboro was above and beyond!

The elevator was swift and quick no jerking to a stop. The location is right next to the stadium if you are coming for a game, and you can walk there safely. The room has plenty of electric plugs and even a blue tooth speaker in the bathroom mirror to listen to the news, podcast, whatever you want. The fridge actually keeps food cold. Yup, I was hating to leave for a change. If I come back to town I will be staying here. Oh, I forgot the omelets are delicious and the coffee is strong. Get the breakfast included in the room. Oh! And there is a great restaurant in the hotel, drinks are not watered down. Yup. Impressed.
