  Don’t be fooled by the BW Plus name. This place did not live up to that promise. Guy at front desk seemed to be asleep each of the 3 times we had questions. Never did bring a working tv remote. We had go down for it. The coffee maker in our room had not been emptied or cleaned after the last guest. The sheet had stains. We slept in the other one. That bed was ok. We slept fine. Then there was no coffee in the machine before breakfast. The paint a plaster work was a poor excuse for acceptable. I’m moving on. No more BW for us.

  Edit!!! It only got worse😫😡 Breakfast 6:00 am....food was cold..warmers were not heating! Kitchen lady had to return food to Kitchen to reheat! I was told motel was full! More kitchen help is needed! To much for one person! Nestle instant coffee dispenser was empty and last night our little Keurig machine in our room was broken so I took it desk clerk but since they were full another coffee maker wasn't available The guy working the desk this morning could barley lift his head up from looking at his phone! Also I read a review from a week ago that stated the pool was great! Pool was closed for the winter! WTH! Were you payed to write a review of lies??? Evening of stay: Lobby/ lounge and breakfast room all look great! But our room was in need of many repairs and deep cleaning!! !!! Bathroom floor was not mopped and my towel shows dirt off floor! Pics included! Bottom sheet is is piling and has a small hole! This is our 3rd Best Western for our trip and most in need of room maintenance!!!! 2 out of 3 not bad!

  My name is Ronaldo, I had an excellent stay at the Best Western Plus in Jonesboro! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the front desk team made sure I had everything I needed. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, the bathroom was spotless, and everything felt well-maintained and updated. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere — it made it easy to relax after a long day. Breakfast was a great bonus with plenty of options, and the dining area was clean and organized. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. If you’re staying in Jonesboro, I highly recommend Best Western Plus.

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but the conditions of this stay warrant honest and direct feedback. From the moment I entered the room, there was a noticeable and persistent unpleasant odor. While not overwhelming, it immediately raised concerns about overall cleanliness. Unfortunately, those concerns were reinforced when I encountered roaches inside the room. This was not an isolated sighting; multiple roaches were observed during the stay, particularly at night when activity increased. Seeing pests crawling along the floor and near personal belongings created an environment that felt unhygienic and deeply uncomfortable. Regardless of hotel category or price point, the presence of roaches is unacceptable and suggests a significant lapse in housekeeping and pest control. The bathroom presented a more serious issue. There was a visible substance on the wall that appeared to be either blood or fecal matter. I reported this to staff, and although someone was sent to clean it, the result was incomplete. Only a portion of the substance was removed, leaving the bathroom in a condition that still felt unsanitary. Additionally, on one day during the stay, the shower provided exclusively cold water. This was not a brief fluctuation but a complete lack of hot water, further impacting the comfort and usability of the room. Housekeeping services introduced additional frustration. When the room was attended for “cleaning,” the housekeepers removed the used towels but failed to replace them with fresh ones. This left us without towels and forced us to scramble to locate replacements. This was not an isolated incident — others in my group experienced the same issue in different rooms, indicating a broader breakdown in basic housekeeping standards. Equally concerning was a clear safety hazard in the bedroom. An uncovered junction box with exposed electrical wiring was present in the wall. This is not a cosmetic oversight but a legitimate safety concern that should never be accessible to guests. Service during nighttime hours was inconsistent. On one evening, staff were absent from the front desk and had to be located elsewhere in the lobby. On another night, multiple guests waited approximately 20 minutes with no staff present to provide assistance. This experience was defined by cleanliness issues, inadequate maintenance, safety concerns, and lapses in basic guest service. I hope management takes these matters seriously, as they reflect problems that significantly impact guest comfort, safety, and trust.

  This is an awful hotel! Stayed in room 323 which was an auto upgrade because I am a Diamond member. What a pigsty! Dirty, falling apart, aged beyond its life. An entire rectangular piece of the ceiling was dislodged and open in the bathroom. Got up in the middle of night to use bathroom and there was water on the floor and toilet. It seemed that the hotel was allowing workers from adjacent hotel (under construction) to use facilities and there was a mess of leaves and dirt trailing in and around lobby and breakfast area. Thoroughly disappointed as a loyal BW member for such a horrible experience! DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!
