The staff was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. My room was spacious, quiet, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay, especially the full kitchen, which was a great convenience. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the friendly atmosphere throughout the property. It truly felt like a home away from home. I would highly recommend Candlewood Suites Jonesboro to anyone visiting the area, whether for business or leisure. I look forward to staying here again in the future!

She has lied and said she wasn't in when I've called and gave me the name of Tammy as well. Instead, she has blocked my work and cell phone and has refused to credit my card. I've called from a friends phone and she just did the same thing. I'm in the process of contacting upper management. DO NOT BOOK AT THIS HOTEL. There is credit card fraud happening.
