No parking lot. $30 for valet only.
So frustrating it's not mentioned when booking and no option to just add valet to the bill.
Room 2nd floor has hard wood floors. Tall ceilings makes for lots of echos of people talking in the hallways.

This hotel was in an old
Historic post office and was beautiful in the center of all of the bath houses. The staff (front desk, valet and cleaning ladies) were extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant on site had FANTASTIC food, it was so good for dinner that we had it for breakfast too. Very walkable for food, bars, ice cream and shops.

Very comfortable stay in this historic building. Every employee was pleasant and professional. Valet was accommodating and snappy. Rooftop was nice. Walkable area and access to trails. We were street-side on the second floor and street noise was not an issue. We would absolutely stay here again.

Loved our stay here, the rooms were updated and spacious. It's located right on Bathhouse row, everything is within walking distance. Valet is the only parking option due to the location, but the valet was very quick and helpful. The on site restaurant is excellent and the rooftop outside bar is very large and has one of the best views in the city in my opinion.

This hotel was a fantastic choice for our visit to Hot Springs. Because of its central location it made our trip an easily walkable one. We were able to walk almost everywhere we went without fighting Hot Spring's traffic. The room was very clean and neat not to mention incredibly comfortable.
We had a room with a street view and from the fifth floor you can see the beautiful hills and trees of Hot Springs.
The Rooftop bar had wonderful drinks, excellent service, and a great view of the historic Grand Promenade. My husband and I will certainly be returning in the future!
