- EMElle MacJan 4, 20262.0My husband and I needed a nice little getaway. We stayed in the one bedroom suite. The rooms could definitely use some updates. The bed was hard and really uncomfortable. We had a lot of trouble sleeping. We left exhausted. There were stains on the floor, the ring in the bathroom sink was broken. It was chilly in the room. I had to blast the heat. No back cushions on the sectional which was uncomfortable. We are disappointed for the price we paid which was $300. We won't be staying here again. Need to do some serious updates! Find a better place. Its worth it to pay more!

The staff was beating and banging all day, kids screaming in the lobby, housekeeping coming multiple times even though the "Do Not Disturb" sign was up. The fridge in the room buzzed the entire time and the AC made a loud sonund the entire stay! Literally the loudest place I have ever booked! I left absolutely exhausted when I only came to get a few goods nights sleep! Sincerely, a very tired mama!

The fold out bed was all Jimmy rigged, we had a heck of a time getting it out the first couple of times. The couch had a lounge end which was cool and comfy but it stunk when sitting there, the big fluffy green pillow stunk awful as well. We just didn’t use that area or pillow at all. The breakfast was a pretty good spread. I'm not sure if it was an employee issue or product issue but they ran out of items that weren't restocked the second morning. The options did repeat for mornings one and three but with 2 kids and ourselves, this was well worth our stay to have! I will say, ditch the scones for donuts or fruit Danish options 😉. The social snack wasnt bad. They had waffle fries that you could top with queso, green onions and wish they had Jalapeños or bacon pieces...would have made it top notch! That queso was delightful!!The second evening was cheese stuffed franks, in a blanket with artichoke spinach dip. We don't drink but that's a nice touch! Overall we would stay again! The view was beautiful so for sure will be requesting a room with a view. I'll just bring my own fresh spray, hair dryer, tissue box and 2 extra blankets instead of one.
